Recently, the "Several Provisions on the Management of Internet Bicycle Rentals in Shenzhen Special Economic Zones" were adopted by the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Municipal People's Congress and are planned to be implemented from August 1, 2021.

In terms of ensuring the safety of users' funds, the "Several Provisions" propose, encouraging operators to waive deposits and charge fees directly after the service is completedProvides Internet rental bicycle service.

It also clarifies that operators who provide Internet rental bicycle services by collecting deposits or prepayments must comply with relevant national regulations on the management of user funds in new transportation formats.

The "Several Provisions" rectify the "chaos" of shared bicycles from multiple aspects.
