Song Shiqiang (left), General Manager of Kinghelm and Slkor, presents the August 2026 Sales Champion award to Zhou Yuan.
Strong sales drive business growth, and Zhou Yuan was named the August 2026 sales champion of Kinghelm (http://www.kinghelm.net/) and Slkor (http://www.slkoric.com/). At Kinghelm, Zhou Yuan has set himself a ten-year goal: to become one of the company's leading sales professionals, help the company become a leader in the antenna and connector industry, and grow alongside the company.
The Chinese character "Yuan"can mean "head"and, by extension, "beginning"— the starting point of something.
For Zhou Yuan, that starting point is his hometown of Meishan, Sichuan Province, a place he still speaks of with deep affection: "I was born in Meishan in 1993. Su Dongpo (Su Shi, 1037–1101), one of the leading literary figures of the Northern Song dynasty and one of the Eight Great Prose Masters of the Tang and Song dynasties, has long been a source of pride for the people of Meishan. Together with his father, Su Xun, and his younger brother, Su Zhe, he is known as one of the "Three Su." Their lives, achievements and spirit have had a profound influence on me.
The Three Su Shrine Museum, which includes the Three Su Memorial Hall, is a National First-Class Museum in China. I have visited the museum many times, and each visit has deepened my appreciation of the enduring appeal of Dongpo and Three Su culture across the centuries."

Zhou Yuan of Kinghelm Sales Department Two, a native of Meishan, Sichuan Province
Zhou Yuan divides his journey from his hometown to southern China into three stages.
The first stage was in Guangzhou. He began working there in 2012 as a printing machinery operator, where he gained his first systematic experience in equipment operation and maintenance, on-site management, end-to-end quality control, safety compliance and teamwork.
The second stage was Shenzhen. Seeking better career opportunities, he moved to Shenzhen at the end of 2012 for a better opening, and his first stop was handling customer complaints at SF Express, a Fortune Global 500 company. Four to five years in the role gave him first-hand experience of the importance—and scarcity—of high-quality customer service, eventually leading him toward a career in sales.
The third stage was his transition into sales. He entered sales at the end of 2016, initially working in the automation equipment sector and selling high-precision linear guide rails and ball screws, then kept sharpening his skills and gathering experience in other industries. In February 2023 he joined Kinghelm (http://www.kinghelm.net/) as a salesperson, entering the semiconductor and electronics industry and providing customers with one-stop solutions for microwave and RF signal transmission and reception.
General Manager Song Shiqiang (center) presents a team award to Kinghelm Sales Department Two
Kinghelm (http://www.kinghelm.net/) provides strong support for employee development, helping accelerate Zhou Yuan's professional growth. He did not know that Song Shiqiang, the boss of Kinghelm and Slkor (http://www.slkoric.com/), was also from Sichuan. It was through General Manager Song Shiqiang that colleagues from Sichuan and Chongqing began joining the gatherings of the Sichuan-Chongqing electronics industry networking group, known as "Chuan-Yu Tongxin Hui "; the company put together the Slkor Warriors basketball team and the Kinghelm badminton team and organizes games and meet-ups regularly, and through them he has been lucky enough to meet a great many Sichuan-Chongqing entrepreneurs, fellow townspeople, peers and friends who share his interests. "Playing sports after work keeps me fit, strengthens friendships, and allows me to contribute to the company and to industry exchanges," he said.
We also wish the Kinghelm brand continued success across its extensive product portfolio, including Type-C, SMA, IPEX, MCX and HDMI connectors; automotive wiring harnesses; adapter cables; pin headers and terminals; RF cables and connectors; antennas, including GPS, WiFi, Beidou, built-in, 4G and ceramic antennas; electronic components and sensors; millimeter-wave products; and a wide range of switches, jacks and other interconnect products. We also wish continued success for products such as the KH-IPEX-K501-29, KH-6X6X5H-STM, KH-6X6X5H-Z2J, KH-6X6X6H-STM, KH-VH-PT3.96, KH-SMA-P-8029 and KH-3216-H0209.

Basketball and badminton, Zhou Yuan says, have been part of his life since middle school. "I started playing basketball in middle school because it keeps me fit and helps me make friends who share the same interest. Even today, I play mainly for the enjoyment and the experience of taking part. I’m actually better at badminton."
Friendship comes first, competition second — and Zhou Yuan is happy to share what he has learned: "In basketball, I usually play point guard, or the No. 1 position. My job is to bring the ball safely up the court and defend the opposing team’s main playmaker. I set up plays rather than finish them. So I play cleanly and fairly, both for my own safety and for everyone else’s, and simply enjoy the game."
Sales champion Zhou Yuan in an interview with the Kinghelm press team
Looking back on his journey from salesperson to sales champion, Zhou Yuan attributes his success to one thing: meeting customer needs and closing deals. "The approach is simple: first understand and match the customer’s needs precisely, then build trust step by step and let the deal follow naturally. But none of this works without a deep understanding of the company and its products. That knowledge takes time to build and absorb, and it is the foundation for serving customers well and closing deals."
To build that foundation, he breaks the sales process for RF and high-speed connectors into three steps: finding customers, visiting customers and closing deals. He keeps the process simple and moves forward steadily, learning from each customer interaction and continuously refining his approach in the field.
Step one: finding customers — focusing on high-value leads. He assesses a target company’s industry, size and key pain points, prioritizes companies that are expanding capacity, upgrading their technology or seeking domestic alternatives to imported components, and focuses on high-potential A-class customers.
Step two: visiting customers — building trust and uncovering their real needs. With engineering customers, he spends more time discussing applications and solutions, connecting product capabilities with the customer’s actual pain points and providing practical value that can be put to use. With non-engineering customers, he builds rapport by discussing industry trends and the company’s experience and capabilities, allowing trust to develop naturally.
Step three: closing deals — helping customers reach a decision without pressure. Known for his relaxed and easygoing personality, Zhou Yuan says he has also been influenced by Daoist philosophy and prefers to let things develop naturally. "My approach is simple: when a customer has a need, I focus on meeting it," he said. "Most of the time, I make sure the samples and debugging are handled properly, provide technical support, resolve application issues, and let the quality of the service speak for itself. When a customer moves into mass production or expands and new needs arise, they naturally come to me. Do the groundwork well, and the results will follow naturally."

Passion is our only faith; passion can transcend the length of time. With passion in our hearts, we head for the mountains and seas. On August 22, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) kicked off its "Building Dreams and Sailing into the Future – Happy Reunion Under the Flower Tree" team building event with enthusiasm, carrying it through to completion. "Sailing" symbolizes that the Kinghelm team has overcome difficulties this year and reached new heights in performance; "Happy" reflects the philosophy that both Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) have always advocated: "A good life leads to good work." The company creates a relaxed and joyful working environment for colleagues, so everyone comes to work happily and maintains harmonious relationships. At 8:30 a.m., a luxury bus carrying over 50 cheerful employees departed from the headquarters, heading toward the destination: Huatian Shuxia Ecological Park under the morning sun. Lined with green trees along the way, everyone was in high spirits, and the bright sunshine promised a smooth and successful trip.
The team building was organized by Yang Bo, Director of Kinghelm’s Sales Department II. All staff wore red uniforms, showcasing Kinghelm people’s spirit of unity, collaboration, and high morale. Under the instruction of General Manager Song Shiqiang, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) prepared ample snacks, fruits, drinks, and beverages for everyone. Every face shone with a bright summer smile.
Kinghelm team building with ample supplies, everyone gathering together happily
This team building continued the consistent people-oriented management, thoughtful service, and institutionalized support of Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkormicro.com). Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) puts people first, fully mobilizing everyone's initiative and enthusiasm. Unlimited fun activities – including two-person off-road vehicles + CS, DIY pottery, karaoke, arcade games, Mongolian archery, mahjong and chess, billiards, table tennis, and more – allowed each person to find their own way to happiness. At noon, a farmhouse communal meal let everyone enjoy authentic countryside cuisine without having to cook themselves. The afternoon activities avoided the scorching midday sun, with intensity kept to a mild sweat – no heavy perspiration, yet the results were remarkably good. Everyone was in high spirits, and the on-site interactions were lively.

The two-person off-road vehicle + CS was the most popular and most participated extreme challenge activity. Around 10 a.m., the off-road vehicles had already been scorched hot by the sun and kept heating up, while protective gear felt like a steamy oven. Yet Kinghelm people, paired in twos, supported each other and embarked on the off-road journey amidst the heat. The symphony of wind and fire, the collision of speed and passion, and the blend of pristine environment and unknown temptations delivered ultimate emotional experiences. The switch between mountain and water trails increased the difficulty, making the ride even more thrilling and joyful! After the experience, everyone unanimously turned into "the loveliest people" – "mud caked on trouser legs, sweat soaking through clothes..."
Other Activities: Mongolian Archery, Table Tennis, Billiards...

Guangdong is nationally recognized as a gourmet province. The highest hospitality for locals is not taking you to a star-rated hotel or a Michelin restaurant, but to a secluded "mountain village" farmhouse – that shows true friendship. Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.com.cn), rooted in Shenzhen, Guangdong, followed local customs and went to a "mountain village" farmhouse for an authentic countryside meal. Farmhouse dishes are delicious and unpretentious, requiring no fancy cooking techniques – just bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The farm’s specialty free-range chicken, paired with rare firewood-cooked rice and slow-simmered soup, made for a truly authentic Cantonese dining experience as everyone ate and chatted.
Afternoon Team Building: We Are One Team
Kinghelm "Under the Flower Tree" team building
Starting at 3 p.m., after resting and recharging, Kinghelm people, led by the coach, excellently completed a series of customized mini-games. Later, they were divided into three groups for fair competition. The three groups were: Jiaolong Team (Captain Li Jianhui), BiuBiuBiu Team (Captain Yin Qingqing), and Ganfan Team (Captain Chen Suwei). Super Tower of Hanoi – an ancient Indian legendary puzzle toy consisting of three pegs and several disks of different sizes, initially stacked in order on one peg, with the goal of moving the entire stack to another peg, following the rules "only one disk can be moved at a time" and "no disk may be placed on top of a smaller disk."
Three-group battle: Jiaolong Team (Captain Li Jianhui), BiuBiuBiu Team (Captain Yin Qingqing), Ganfan Team (Captain Chen Suwei)
The competition tested intelligence, teamwork, speed, and efficiency. As the difficulty increased, everyone’s enthusiasm remained high. But just as the final round was about to begin, a sudden torrential rain quietly drew the most perfect end to the battle – signifying: no winners or losers, only the team; no ranking, only joy. At Kinghelm, we are one team – a wolf-like team that fights and wins together!

The Passion of Tsinghua University: Overcoming Challenges in Material Science – An Interview with Cen Jianjun of CEN Ningbo Jinshan New Materials Company
2026-07-14
1545
Mr.Cen Jianjun, General Manager of CEN Ningbo Jinshan New Materials Co., Ltd.
Jinshan means completing today's tasks today—a homophone for "golden mountain" or "silver mountain" —and it requires overcoming challenges like climbing a mountain. The development of the polyimide industry remains a long and arduous journey. In this issue of King Helm (www.kinghelm.com.cn), our reporting team visited Ningbo Jinshan New Materials Co., Ltd. (china-polyimide.com), a national key enterprise recognized as a "Little Giant" in specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative industries, and conducted an exclusive interview with its founder, chairman, and general manager, Mr.Cen Jianjun. He vividly embodied the Tsinghua spirit of serving the nation through scientific research, having dedicated 29 years to advancing China's polyimide industry. He has mastered the core technology for producing high-performance polyimide films, developed various differentiated polyimide film products, and implemented the strategic vision of "playing a supporting role by developing unique polyimide products that domestic competitors cannot produce, thereby addressing customer pain points." Cen Jianjun emphasized that achieving high-quality development of China's economy necessitates first resolving the bottleneck in high-end materials within the industrial sector. Polyimide (PI) is one of the best organic polymer materials in terms of comprehensive performance, hailed as the "golden film" and "golden plastic." It boasts advantages such as resistance to extreme temperatures, high insulation, strength, radiation resistance, self-extinguishing flame retardancy, halogen-free environmental friendliness, excellent mechanical properties, and ease of recycling, making it a core material for strategic emerging industries including AI computing power, advanced semiconductor packaging, aerospace, gas separation, flexible displays, and new energy vehicles. The polyimide (PI) industry is a quintessential capital-and technology-intensive sector characterized by high technological barriers, substantial investment requirements, and significant added value. The global market exhibits an oligopolistic structure dominated by premium products and profits. Mr.Cen Jianjun stated: "Foreign companies have imposed significant technological constraints on polyimide development in many aspects, while China has long faced challenges of 'excess low-end production and reliance on imported high-end products.' CEN Jinshan is committed to advancing into the high-end product segment, continuously innovating and launching differentiated PI products to overcome the technological bottlenecks in high-end polyimide film materials, break foreign monopolies, and address the shortcomings within the domestic industry."
I.Cen and Tsinghua University
Tsinghua Garden, Image source: Mr.Zhao Ming, Chairman of Tsinghua Fei'en
Steven Cen, whose English name "Steven" derives from Latin and Greek meanings of "crown" or "flower crown," graduated with a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University in 1992. He recalled: "Born in 1969, I was admitted to Tsinghua University in 1987 from Yuyao High School in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, enrolling in the Department of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering, majoring in Hydropower Engineering Architecture. During my five-year undergraduate program, what impressed me most was how outstanding my classmates were. I faced all challenges courageously; although some efforts ended in failure, I refused to be defeated—my inherent refusal to give up and growing resilience after setbacks are gifts that Tsinghua has bestowed upon my life. The aspiration to' integrate personal development into collective endeavors and closely link personal achievements with those of the university and the nation' has shaped the direction of my life."
Since its establishment in 1911, Tsinghua University has embodied the spirit of "redressing national humiliation and dedicating itself to the motherland." The "Tsinghua Spirit" —referring to the patriotic sentiment and commitment to serving the country among its members—was deeply rooted in this ethos. After graduating from Tsinghua University in 1992, Cen Jianjun was initially assigned to a water resources and hydropower design institute. Inspired by Deng Xiaoping's Southern Tour speech, he decisively left the government sector to pursue entrepreneurship. Seizing opportunities of the era, he joined one of the most innovative real estate and foreign trade companies of the time, leveraging its wealth-creation potential and contemporary relevance. Starting from a sales position with access to extensive market information, he learned through practical experience, customer insights, and market trends. Later, he independently operated foreign trade businesses and established factories, but faced closure due to inadequate quality control. Cen Jianjun summarized this experience: "Product quality is the lifeline of an enterprise—the foundation for market competitiveness and the guarantee of sustainable development. It determines an organization's fate; without quality, there can be no growth."
The academic rigor and keen insight of Tsinghua University alumni once again opened the door to entrepreneurship for Cen Jianjun. He recalled: "When the internet first emerged in 1996, many people doubted its potential. Yet I recognized the immense business opportunities it held. I began using the internet to gather information, connect with clients, and conduct trade. It was under the impetus of 'Internet+' that I delved into materials science in 1997, gradually deepening my expertise through practical trading experiences. In 1998, the call to accelerate the development of private enterprises inspired me, but the experience of factory closures made me more cautious and focused. After thorough preparation, I returned to entrepreneurship in 2001 by establishing my own factory, strictly controlling product quality from then on." For over two decades, Mr.Cen has dedicated himself to the polyimide industry, leading his team to develop high-end polyimide products competitive with international standards. He consistently embodies an innovative spirit of self-improvement, striving to overcome technical bottlenecks—a true reflection of the dedication characteristic of Tsinghua researchers. As chairman and senior engineer of Ningbo Jinshan New Materials Co., Ltd., he has served for years as vice president and secretary-general of the Ningbo Tsinghua University Alumni Association, currently holding the position of executive vice president, and is also a member of the Tsinghua Entrepreneurs Association (TEEC).

A gentleman is not confined to a single role; a role serves to embody the Way! This means that a gentleman should not be limited by one specific skill or position but should instead possess extensive knowledge, integrate diverse expertise, apply his talents effectively, progress from "becoming competent" to "understanding the Way," and fulfill his mission through virtue and original aspirations. This wisdom transcends time and space. Mr.Cen Jianjun, Uphold Tsinghua University's vision, has dedicated over two decades to self-directed learning and persistent innovation in China's polyimide (PI) industry. He not only broke through foreign technological barriers by developing PI products that domestic competitors could not produce—such as "high-modulus CHTS polyimide films and fully PI-based far-infrared rigid/flexible heating film assemblies, all pioneering mass production in China" —but also promoted collaborative innovation among industry, academia, research, and application, continuously unlocking cutting-edge uses for polyimide across various sectors. He noted: "Polyimide (PI) finds applications in FCCLs, TABs, TAPE high-temperature cables, battery buffer gaskets, and more. Its use in electric new energy vehicles is extensive, covering cell materials (cathode, anode, separator), cell formation (tabbing, coating), FPC and FFC wiring in battery packs, side plate insulation in packs, insulation between packs and liquid-cooled plates, busbars, aluminum bars, copper sheets, impregnated insulation (PAA), body-side pressure sensors, electronic planar transformers, PTC insulation in air conditioning heating and water cooling systems, lithium battery heating elements, antennas, and other FPC applications—totaling ten scenarios. It is also widely used in lightweight composite materials and automotive components. Particularly, the polar nature of its large π-conjugated bonds and imide bonds offers limitless potential for future battery applications!"

She Weixin, Founder of Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng
Huaxinjia symbolizes support for the rise of Chinese chips. Jiazheng Xincheng, born from Huaxinjia, insists on authentic, original products and aims to help everyone achieve a better life through this internet platform.
In this issue, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) interviews She Weixin, founder of Shenzhen Huaxinjia Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiazheng Xincheng. This post-2000s entrepreneur from Chaoshan entered Huaqiangbei in 2019 and dove into the chip and sensor distribution business. With an entrepreneurial spirit of bold vision and brave action, he has done every task well and delivered every chip with excellence. Today, he has paved his own entrepreneurial path, gained inner freedom, and is committed to the cause of Chinese chip independence.
Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that Kinghelm, Slkor (www.slkoric.com), Huaxinjia(https://hxjkj.ic.net.cn/), and Jiazheng Xincheng are all "Chinese Chip" enterprises that seized the opportunity of domestic substitution. They are developing increasingly well and actively embracing the era of the Internet of Everything. As a first-tier authorized distributor of Slkor, Huaxinjia’s founder She Weixin is a young man full of drive, ambition, and mission. Under his leadership and pioneering efforts, the "dual-wheel drive" of the Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng brands is bound to accelerate development and create a brilliant new future.
Huaxinjia is a first-tier authorized distributor of Slkor
She Weixin was born in 2001. At 18, he ventured alone into Huaqiangbei; at 21, he started his business from scratch. Known in the industry as "Manager She," he has walked a path that many dare not take. When asked how he did it, he replied:
"Before starting my business, I worked in the Huaqiangbei electronics market for three years. I handled deliveries, procurement, and sales, mastering every part of the workflow. ‘Think it and do it, dare to pioneer’ — this is my life principle. In 2022, I wanted to achieve something and make money. With encouragement from clients who trusted me, I started my own business with only a little over 20,000 yuan in startup capital. There is no perfect plan in life. Overthinking creates only problems; taking action brings all the answers. Huaxinjia has now been operating for five years. It wasn’t that I saw hope and then persisted — it was through persistence that I saw hope."
The view from Huaxinjia’s office on the 55th floor of Seg Plaza in Huaqiangbei — truly beautiful "Shenzhen" scenery!
A love for nature has always been part of She Weixin’s pursuit. Growing up in Shenzhen amid bustling traffic and towering neon lights, he enjoys keeping native stream fish. "In my Huaxinjia office, I keep two kinds of fish. By the door is a black-tail upside-down catfish, and by the window is a ‘One-Eye Taoist.’ Both are hardy native fish I collected from wild streams. They are resilient and full of vitality. Watching them swim freely every day feels like returning to nature," he said. He also loves outdoor badminton, cycling, and travel. "Doing things well, staying healthy, and living peacefully and happily — these are my requirements for myself. Realizing financial freedom early and touring the beautiful rivers and mountains of our motherland have always been my dreams."

The tea room at Huaxinjia with its excellent window view!
Shenzhen Huaxinjia Technology Co., Ltd. (Huaxinjia) was founded in 2021. Its founder and general manager is She Weixin, and its headquarters is located in Room 5505A on the 55th floor of Seg Plaza. Adhering to the business philosophy of "Do every task well and deliver every chip with excellence," Huaxinjia focuses deeply on the semiconductor industry, insists on authentic original products, and specializes in the distribution of chips, sensors, electronic components, and other hardware. Its represented brands include TI (Texas Instruments), ST (STMicroelectronics), NXP, Honeywell, GigaDevice, ROHM, Slkor, Allegro, Skyworks, ADI, Kinghelm, and many others.
Founder She Weixin added, "Huaxinjia is a combination of my parents’ names and the character ‘Xin’ (chip). It carries my sense of responsibility and dedication to my family. I have always believed that doing something you love is far more romantic than just saying loving words." 2022 was his first year of entrepreneurship, coinciding with a significant reduction in chip imports and the inevitable push for domestic substitution. He emphasized, "Huaxinjia is fueling the rise of Chinese chips. We continue to accumulate experience and grow through it. Most of our customers come through referrals from long-term clients."
Jiazheng Xincheng, derived from Huaxinjia, was established in 2025. Its name reflects the commitment to authentic original products and the creation of a chip mall platform to benefit others. Regarding the company’s platform-based operations, She Weixin explained: "We set up two companies because market clients and end customers require separate management. Jiazheng Xincheng focuses on the domestic terminal business. ‘Better quality and better prices are what we take seriously’ (as stated in the signature of the video account ‘Chip-Weixin’). A chip transaction is only the beginning. Huaxinjia, on the other hand, is a trader with price advantages serving market clients."
Company Vision: Let everyone achieve a better life through the Huaxinjia platform. Company Values: Create value for customers. Company Goal: Become a qualified chip supplier with a complete supply system. Company Mission: Do every task well and deliver every chip with excellence.
Huaxinjia’s sales of represented Slkor products are booming!
When discussing core competitiveness, founder She Weixin stated clearly: "Huaxinjia’s core strength lies in its increasingly mature ‘One Core, Three Pillars’ system — integrity, channels, products, and brand. This continuously strengthens our main business and growth momentum. Huaxinjia has become a member of platforms such as IC Trading Network, Alibaba, and Huaqiang Electronics Network, while earning the trust of many customers and support from original manufacturers and agents."
He mentioned that from late 2023 to 2024 was a low point in his life. A series of events brought the company to the brink of bankruptcy and left him personally in debt. Thanks to timely customer orders, support from supplier channels, and his own determination to start over, he successfully turned the company around from losses to profits.
It is worth noting that the domestically produced Slkor brand products represented by Huaxinjia are selling extremely well, covering many models such as SS8050, SS8550, MMBT5551, MMBT5401, MMBT3904, SS310, 1N4148W, SM4007PL, 1N4148WS, 1N4148WL, FR107, DSK34, LL4148, AMS1117-3.3, AMS1117-5.0, M7, SS54, SS36, SS34, SS14, and more. She Weixin affirmed: "Slkor products sell very well for us." Both Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng sincerely thank the original manufacturer Slkor for its strong support, as well as General Manager Song Shiqiang for his positive energy and Sales Deputy Director Lin Yuanfang for her excellent service.
He hopes that Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng, like Kinghelm and Slkor under Mr. Song Shiqiang’s leadership, will achieve steady, far-reaching, and brilliant development on the high-speed path of "dual-wheel drive." He also hopes for long-term, successful cooperation among Huaxinjia, Jiazheng Xincheng, Kinghelm, and Slkor, working together to strengthen brand synergy and achieve win-win growth.
She Weixin of Huaxinjia (first from left) was invited to attend the 2025 Slkor Distributor Conference
A wise youth makes a wise nation; a wealthy youth makes a wealthy nation; a strong youth makes a strong nation. Huaxinjia and Jiazheng Xincheng’s founder She Weixin is young and accomplished, deeply rooted in the chip industry. Facing national "strong chip" policies, the "Guangdong Strong Chip" initiative, and the flourishing "Chinese Chip" enterprises across the country, he praised them: "These are all good things. Technology needs development, and humanity needs progress." In the face of accelerating changes in China’s chip sector, Huaxinjia embraces new challenges, solves difficulties when they arise, and remains humble when achieving success, letting everything else follow its natural course.
When asked about methods for cultivating a good mindset and positive image, She Weixin sincerely shared the following:
He believes that one’s appearance reflects the heart, so it is important to remain kind and maintain a positive and upward attitude. Live your own life, do your own things, and immerse yourself in your own world — happiness in life is the ultimate goal.
He also advises spending more time communicating with positive, high-energy people. For example, Mr. Song Shiqiang of Kinghelm and Slkor is straightforward, sincere, full of positive energy, and always willing to share and help others.
In addition, one should learn through work and practice on real tasks. Treat yourself as a salesperson and focus on doing solid, practical work. He has a workbench at home: during the day he handles important matters at the company, and in the evenings he returns home to deal with琐碎 details.
He lives by the idea of fate and connection — when you meet someone, there is affinity, and one should offer help whenever possible. He regularly makes anonymous donations to impoverished mountainous areas, proactively helps people around him who fall ill, and donates to children he encounters in mountainous regions during travels.
Finally, even in difficult times, one should uphold justice and morality rather than harm others to benefit oneself. Huaxinjia’s team is very young, with an average employee age of 24. When recruiting, character comes first.
Here, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, who also developed in Huaqiangbei, sincerely wish their distributor Huaxinjia (https://hxjkj.ic.net.cn/) and Jiazheng Xincheng ever greater success, and together contribute to the companies’ future listings!
RF Passion, Craftsman’s Journey: Over 30 Years of Steadfast Dedication — Interview with Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang
2026-06-24

Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang
Kinghelm Chief Engineer Mr. Qin hongxiang emphasized: "Kinghelm’s (www.kinghelm.net) flagship products are RF microwave antennas, signal connectors, and related components. The company is also involved in three major communication technologies: RF microwave, high-speed data transmission, and optical communication. Our product strategy follows the development trends of the times and national planning. For example, satellite communication and optical communication components (optical devices) are markets with enormous demand. China is simultaneously advancing three major mega-constellation satellite programs — the GW constellation with 13,000 satellites, the ‘Qianfan’ constellation with 15,000 satellites, and the ‘Honghu-3’ constellation with 10,000 satellites, with a total scale exceeding 40,000 satellites. This will unlock trillions of yuan in market demand."
Notably, in August 2025, the Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry was released, setting a target of over 10 million satellite communication users and large-scale direct-to-cell satellite applications by 2030. In June 2026, the Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of "Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication" (2026–2028) was issued, designating satellite internet as a core breakthrough track for the next three years. It explicitly calls for deep integration of satellite communication, 5G/6G, artificial intelligence, and other next-generation information and communication technologies.
Satellite communication, as the "space version" of microwave communication, represents one of the largest application scenarios for RF microwave technology. 6G, the sixth-generation mobile communication technology, aims for an ultimate "space-air-ground integrated" form — where satellite communication solves coverage, optical communication solves capacity, and AI handles scheduling. Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving the construction of high-speed optical communication networks and bringing disruptive changes to every industry. "AI + High-Speed Mobile Connectivity" is set to become the mainstream landscape of future society.
Kinghelm started by developing and producing "Kinghelm" brand Beidou (BDS)/GPS antennas and has long focused on RF microwave technology. These strengths position the company well to seize new opportunities.
Ⅰ. Learning Comes First
Mr. Qin during an exclusive interview with the Kinghelm reporter team
In this issue, the Kinghelm reporter team interviewed Chief Engineer Mr. Qin. Born in the 1970s in Chengdu, Sichuan, he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu.
Describing the renowned vibrant atmosphere of Chengdu and the Sichuan-Chongqing region, he said: "The cultural character of Chengdu and the broader Sichuan-Chongqing area is one of comfort, ease, and unhurriedness. People here strike an excellent balance between work and life. They devote themselves fully during the five workdays with high intensity and pressure, but after intense work, they need relaxation and rejuvenation. Chengdu’s living environment is excellent — people enjoy nightlife on weekdays and engage in outdoor activities, vacations, farm stays, card games, fishing, cycling, hiking, rural leisure trips, and parent-child activities on weekends. These are all normal ways to relieve stress."
Only by loving life can one truly love learning. Mr. Qin stressed that among all things, learning ranks first. He graduated in 1992 from the prestigious 985 university UESTC and shared: "My father was also a graduate of a 985 university. From a young age, I saw how knowledge can change destiny. My parents always taught that knowledge is the core and foundation of all things."
Indeed, without a solid knowledge base, one cannot see the true nature of things, analyze problems correctly, reach sound conclusions, or solve issues effectively. Mr. Qin deeply understands that in the face of a complex society, knowledge gives me inner conviction and confidence.
Regarding learning first, he recalled a major life decision during his school years: whether to enter high school and pursue university or attend technical secondary school and start working early. His father had a long heart-to-heart talk with him. He chose decisively to enter high school and aim for university because he wanted to accumulate sufficient knowledge and continuously improve himself to better face the future.
Work is the best form of learning. Mr. Qin has been deeply engaged in the RF microwave field for over 30 years, constantly advancing through learning, thinking, practice, and reflection. His career can be divided into three stages.
From 1992 to 1999, his experience in a state-owned enterprise laid a solid technical foundation in microwave and RF. "My university major was radio technology. After graduation, I was assigned to Chengdu No. 630 Factory, where I worked on the R&D of receiver systems and TV transmitter systems."
From 2000 to 2006, he specialized in microwave equipment for mobile communications. "In 1999, during the wave of state-owned enterprise layoffs, I moved to Shenzhen and joined Germany’s Kathrein Telecom, working on microwave equipment for mobile communications and leading the engineering technical team. Later, I went to Suzhou and joined Andrew Telecom, continuing to deepen my expertise in microwave equipment for mobile communications."
From 2007 to the present, he returned to the Pearl River Delta to contribute his technology and experience. "Years of cutting-edge technical research gave me sharp insight. I recognized early on the extraordinary vitality and competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta. It is a hotbed of entrepreneurship and innovation. So I made a life decision to return. I successively joined listed companies such as Foxconn, Luxshare, and Comba, gaining practical experience in managing R&D systems, building RF antenna technology platforms, and establishing antenna business units. In August 2025, seeing the strong momentum of Kinghelm and SLKOR, along with the vision and ambition of founder Mr. Song Shiqiang, I chose to join Kinghelm Electronics as Chief Engineer and embarked on a new journey of work and learning."
Ⅱ. At Kinghelm

Regarding the Kinghelm Future Product Roadmap, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin shared key signals. The plan began implementation in early 2026, and all work is progressing in an orderly manner. In 2026, Kinghelm will establish an initial product layout, with gradually enriched navigation antenna categories and the introduction of optical communication components. Kinghelm will formally enter the optical communication field. Although the technical barrier is high and brand building takes time, the company will first launch mainstream optical communication accessories and gradually rise from a latecomer to a leading player, helping the sales team open the market.
On the implementation of this plan, he further stressed: "Looking back over the past thirty years, technological disruption has brought unprecedented changes. We must not rest on past achievements, become complacent, or allow our thinking to become rigid and closed. We must continuously drive technological innovation and product iteration."
Ⅲ. Striving Upward, Embracing the Sun
Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s bright and airy office
A good environment nurtures and transforms people, giving them strength and motivation. Chief Engineer Mr. Qin is proficient in English and Japanese. He said: "English and Japanese were my first and second hobbies in university. Working at the German company Kathrein gave me a natural English-speaking environment, while I learned Japanese purely out of interest. In my view, there are two keys to mastering a language: first, the right environment and atmosphere; second, passion as the driving force."
He also loves experiencing nature and drawing energy from the heavens and earth. "I work out year-round and am passionate about outdoor cycling. I have a full set of professional mountain bike equipment. I often ride alone dozens of kilometers in forest parks, or cycle from Shenzhen to Zhuhai or Guangzhou and back — over 200 kilometers in a single day. I enjoy the process of cycling and love clearing my mind in nature."
Lush plants in Chief Engineer Mr. Qin’s office nourish the spirit
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that since joining Kinghelm, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin has taken on responsibility and delivered results in technical support, headquarters staff training, future product planning, and supply chain management. He has helped elevate the team’s technical capabilities, advanced the company’s knowledge engineering, increased the knowledge density of both Kinghelm and SLKOR, and even promoted knowledge co-creation and sharing across the industry.
When asked why he firmly chose to join Kinghelm, Mr. Qin replied candidly: "First, General Manager Song Shiqiang’s sincerity. During the interview, he shared the company’s plans, management methods, and philosophy, which aligned closely with my own thinking. He views the relationship between the company and employees not as a simple employment relationship but as one of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and joint pursuit of a better future. Second, employees feel respected and gain a sense of achievement. Mr. Song affirms that every employee who contributes sweat has the opportunity to share in the company’s future success. Third, the company’s care for employees. Kinghelm practices genuine humanistic care. When employees face difficulties, Mr. Song provides timely help and support — real assistance when it’s needed most."
Kinghelm and SLKOR headquarters all-hands meeting, presided over by General Manager Song Shiqiang (first from right)
Mr. Qin generously shared his over 30 years of work experience. In technology, one must be down-to-earth because technical accumulation is built step by step with no shortcuts. Product technical R&D must be done personally to gain first-hand experience. One must maintain an open mind and be good at accepting others’ opinions, as the biggest taboo in technology is rigid thinking and rejecting different views. Sharing and researching technology is a very joyful thing. The most important thing is to stay true to your heart, do the present well, and keep an eye on the world by following the latest technologies and societal trends to keep pace with the times. Maintain a positive mindset, do not impose your own knowledge and abilities on others, acknowledge your shortcomings, and have the courage to address them and strive to catch up and surpass.
At the end of the interview, Chief Engineer Mr. Qin sincerely hoped that under General Manager Song Shiqiang’s leadership, the Kinghelm and SLKOR teams will unite, work together to improve, and drive development. He looks forward to both companies achieving brilliant success with a promising future, and for all employees to create extraordinary lives!

"Stillness breeds tranquility, tranquility breeds wisdom, and wisdom leads to grace." With this grace, she has led Huanuoxing to take root deeply in the chip industry, cultivating meticulously and continuing to exert strength. Her ability to empower the brand and plan for the future is admirable. Even more precious is her simplicity, enthusiasm, and sincerity, which naturally inspire trust.
Ms. Liao Huijuan speaking with pride about her hometown Guiyang
Unforgettable hometown affection. When Ms. Liao Huijuan speaks about her hometown — Leiping Town, Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province — her eyes are full of joy and pride. She aptly quoted a beautiful piece by Mr. Wang Chengjia, Education Director of the Guiyang Party School, titled "Arriving in Guiyang on ‘Horseback’ — Appreciating the Ancient County’s Beautiful Scenery and Savoring the Long Human Warmth":
"In Guiyang, the best way to travel is to ‘do nothing.’ Let the mountain breeze blow through your hair, let the sound of the river cleanse your ears, and let the sunlight slowly crawl across your skin. The beauty here is not ostentatious, yet it is enough to make you stop in your tracks."
Speaking of her dream of venturing south to start a business, Ms. Liao Huijuan said: "I have always had an entrepreneurial heart. At that time, I was already doing business in my county town back home, but the narrow social circles and small cliques were not suitable for entrepreneurship. I had always wanted to go out and find opportunities. Just then, my uncle, who was starting a business in Huaqiang North, needed help, so I came to Shenzhen in 2007. After working in my uncle’s company for two years, I officially started my own business in 2009, determined to take root in Shenzhen."
Domestic Deep Cultivation + International Expansion: Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Develop in Resonance!
Dual-Brand Resonance: Huanuoxing + Shine Ever (Hong Kong)
Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. (www.hnxtech.com) was founded by Ms. Liao Huijuan in Huaqiang North in 2007. It is a global electronic components distributor and supplier of urgent semiconductor devices.
Ms. Liao Huijuan explained the profound meaning behind the brand "Huanuoxing": "Hua" represents China and the Chinese people; "Nuo" represents commitment — our promise to specialize in original, genuine products; "Xing" (star) represents energy — one person’s energy is limited, but the combined and mutually empowering energy of a group is like gathering faint lights into a sea of stars.
Huanuoxing is committed to building a trustworthy and win-win trading platform for electronic components, ensuring all transactions are original and genuine (Original). Starlight does not fail those who travel far; a single spark can start a prairie fire. We will eventually achieve great success.
Company Vision: To help realize the Chinese Dream with Chinese chips. Core Values: Cooperation, dedication, pragmatism, innovation. Goal: To become a leader in the electronic components industry. Mission: To increase benefits for customers, provide growth opportunities for employees, and create value for society.
Huanuoxing Official Website: www.hnxtech.com
Huanuoxing is highly recognized in the industry for specializing in original, genuine products.
As a council member of the Shenzhen Chip Industry Association, Shenzhen Huanuoxing Technology Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the development philosophy and purpose of "Quality First, Reasonable Prices, Fast Delivery, Service Supreme, and Customer Cohesion." The company provides spot supply services for various electronic components to global customers, including original manufacturers, contract manufacturers, electronics factories, IPOs, and domestic and overseas electronic parts traders, with a particular focus on hard-to-find, obsolete, discontinued, urgent, and out-of-stock integrated circuits.
Regarding taking Chinese chip brands global, Ms. Liao Huijuan shared: "We operate under a dual-brand model. Huanuoxing was founded by me, while Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was founded by my husband, Mr. Liao Liqing. Our development model is similar to how Mr. Song Shiqiang built the dual-wheel drive of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com). Our characteristic is that Huanuoxing focuses deeply on the domestic market, while Shine Ever (Hong Kong) expands internationally. The two complement each other’s strengths and share resources, working together to expand into the global market."
Huanuoxing’s Liao Huijuan and Liao Liqing visit Kinghelm and Slkor; Mr. Song Shiqiang (first right) warmly receives them.
Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Founder Mr. Liao Liqing at work.
Mr. Liao Liqing, founder and General Manager of Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., said that the brand "Shine Ever" carries profound meaning and rich connotations, embodying the original aspiration of the couple’s joint entrepreneurship and their family’s best wishes.
"Xiang" comes from their child’s name and evokes soaring across ten thousand miles. "Xiang bi ze lin" (from Mi Heng’s Parrot Fu) means one must choose an excellent forest when soaring. "Heng" means "smooth sailing in all endeavors," representing smooth progress, victory, and success — moving from victory to victory, from success to greater success, from small wins to big wins, and from small achievements to great achievements.
"Integrity, Virtue, Service, and Innovation" are the keys to Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.’s high-speed and steady development. The company mainly deals in imported brand electronic components, guaranteeing original and genuine products from the manufacturers. As a result, it enjoys a very high brand reputation in European and American markets.
After more than ten years of trials and hardships, the "Huanuoxing + Shine Ever (Hong Kong)" dual-brand globalization path has been firmly established. We sincerely thank friends from all sectors of society and our valued customers for their support and trust in Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Huanuoxing. We also thank our employees for treating the company as home and for their persistent hard work. We remain committed to taking social responsibility, creating value for customers, and providing a platform for employees.
Ms. Liao Huijuan honored as the Third-Term Vice President of the Shenzhen Hunan Guiyang Chamber of Commerce.
In terms of fulfilling social responsibility, Ms. Liao Huijuan was appointed as the Third-Term Vice President of the Chunshuiyuan·Shenzhen Hunan Guiyang Chamber of Commerce (term 2023–2026, three years). She has repeatedly led member companies in enterprise visits, going down to the frontline to understand the real needs of enterprises, contributing to high-quality resource sharing, precise matching of cooperation needs, and collaborative industry development.
She happily shared: "In the first year the Guiyang Chamber of Commerce was established (2016), Huanuoxing (www.hnxtech.com) joined. The Chamber is a gathering place for our fellow townspeople and a platform for us to exchange experiences and connect resources. I am very happy in the Chamber — I have made many friends and met many powerful entrepreneurs. I hope that through everyone’s efforts, the Chamber’s cohesion and centripetal force will become even stronger, and more fellow travelers will join in the future."
In addition, through years of entrepreneurship, Ms. Liao Huijuan has driven employment and given back to her hometown. She has repeatedly visited children in poor mountainous areas, donated money and supplies, served as a volunteer to select assistance targets, and given back to society. Their great love and dedication have earned warm praise from peer companies and employees alike.
Ms. Liao Huijuan and Mr. Liao Liqing’s loving education assistance benefits generations.
Huanuoxing Sales Champion Ms. Tang Junhua during the exclusive interview.
As a fellow hometown person and valuable business partner, Ms. Tang Junhua, Huanuoxing’s (www.hnxtech.com) sales champion, has worked diligently and dedicated herself for 12 years. Deeply moved, she said:
"General Manager Liao Huijuan’s personal charm unites the entire team. She treats people sincerely and provides excellent humanistic care. For example, she personally gives employees red envelopes for the New Year, proactively learns about their work and life difficulties and lends a helping hand when needed. She also thoughtfully prepares heartfelt gifts for employees during festivals and surprises female employees returning from maternity leave with large bouquets of flowers, making the occasion feel very ceremonial.
She leads by example in learning and self-improvement. She regularly promotes the Chinese chip brand through video accounts such as ‘Huanuoxing’ and ‘Huanuoxing Technology Liao Liao.’ In her spare time, she attends classes on outstanding leadership and elite training, improves her education through self-study, and enriches her conversation and temperament through long-term reading.
She handles matters with composure, outstanding capability, and empathy. She often takes our sales staff to visit clients and personally teaches them client acquisition experience — such as understanding the client company’s industry, product processing, development potential, etc., to assess the client’s operating status, core needs, and potential needs."
General Manager Liao Huijuan treats the entire company to milk tea on this year’s Children’s Day (June 1st).
General Manager Liao Huijuan (third from left) awards cash bonuses to outstanding employees for May.
Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. uphold the philosophy of "Work Hard, Live Happily" and the corporate spirit of "Teamwork, Collaboration, Responsibility," striving to create an efficient, orderly, and fair competitive business platform.
Ms. Tang Junhua added: "Our company has a great corporate culture. We have morning meetings (rotated by employees), reading clubs (to help employees grow quickly), neck exercises (every workday at 3 PM), and quarterly employee birthday parties (celebrated by the whole company). We also have monthly outstanding employee awards, quarterly summary and commendation meetings (with awards for quarterly achievers and new client development), and white work uniforms embroidered with the ‘Huanuoxing’ logo. Everyone gets two sets — simple, fresh, and versatile. People voluntarily wear them on Mondays and Wednesdays."
Ms. Liao Huijuan (right) and Ms. Tang Junhua (left) of Huanuoxing.
Ms. Tang Junhua rose from grassroots sales to sales champion. She has rich experience in developing major clients and has achieved annual sales exceeding 5 million RMB from a single client.
When asked about her secrets to becoming the top sales performer, Ms. Tang Junhua summarized: "It mainly relies on self-exploration and platform empowerment.
Self-exploration means doing the current task well, persisting without giving up, and being down-to-earth for steady, long-term progress — for example, understanding clients’ concerns and pain points, identifying real needs, following up on potential orders, and developing potential customers; segmenting clients to improve retention rates. Not only achieving results oneself, but also leading the team to sustained results through systematic methods (such as weekly review mechanisms).
Regarding platform empowerment, Huanuoxing’s path to excellence began with the team, because ‘there are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams.’ Success comes from execution and persistence. The key is ‘winning the world with integrity.’ This stems from our soul figures, Mr. Liao Liqing and Ms. Liao Huijuan, who both have great vision — they think upward and take root downward. They often say, ‘Be kind in life and honest in business. Doing business requires professional ethics and morality.’ It is particularly honorable that Ms. Liao Huijuan’s integrity stories are widely praised throughout the industry."
Team: No Perfect Individual, Only Perfect Team — From Huanuoxing
Integrity Story 1: A client left $50,000 USD in cash in the safe of his hotel. Due to a rushed itinerary, he didn’t have time to retrieve it and entrusted Ms. Liao Huijuan to withdraw and safekeep it for him, saying he would pick it up when he had time. At that time, the client only had cooperation intentions and had not yet formally worked with Huanuoxing, yet he fully trusted Ms. Liao Huijuan.
Integrity Story 2: A few years ago, a client overpaid by several hundred thousand RMB. Because a long time had passed since their last cooperation and the client had not left contact information, we wanted to return the money but had no way to do so. After Ms. Liao Huijuan learned about it, she never gave up. Through multiple efforts and indirect channels, she finally contacted the client’s cashier and successfully refunded the money. The client’s cashier was deeply moved and said they had even prepared to cover the loss themselves. To express gratitude, they specially chose May 20th (Chinese Valentine’s Day) to send Ms. Liao Huijuan a mysterious gift.
The Wish Tree of Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) — Strong Will Can Overcome All Difficulties!
Strong will can overcome all difficulties. Outstanding teams share a sense of "resonance."
At the end of the interview, when discussing "entrepreneurial/work insights," Ms. Liao Huijuan and Ms. Tang Junhua gave surprisingly similar answers. Both emphasized "long-term persistence" and "empowering employees," with a very high degree of alignment. This comes from their 12 years of sincere cooperation and tacit trust.
Their shared voice is: "Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. have come all the way to where we are today. We have met many benefactors, which has created our broad and highly loyal customer base. We have also encountered many difficulties, but fortunately, all difficulties can be overcome. Therefore, our entrepreneurial journey has been relatively smooth and fortunate. The long-held beliefs of the founders have played an important role.
One person can go fast, but a group of people can go farther. ‘One group of people, one heart, working together.’ The company builds a value-empowerment platform, so employees firmly believe that as long as they work hard enough, they will be rewarded.
The most precious gains for employees at Huanuoxing are not only personal growth and a sense of collective belonging and honor, but also deep friendships with colleagues, doubled happiness, and the sense of achievement from challenging high salaries and realizing their value. Therefore, everyone shares one heart and one dream, moving forward together into the future!"
Kinghelm and Slkor General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang Wishes Huanuoxing and Shine Ever (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. to soar ten thousand miles ahead!
Showcasing the Spirit of Youth, Winning with the Team — Kinghelm Exclusive Interview with Top Sales Champion Deng Haifeng

General Manager Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Department One
"Kinghelm — Connecting the World." Deng Haifeng, Manager of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Department One, has won the May Sales Championship. Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang personally presented the award. Deng Haifeng joined Kinghelm in 2018 and is affectionately called "Little Brother Hei" by colleagues who joined after him. As a veteran business backbone of the company, he has always remained humble, conscientious, and dedicated. Not only has he set a performance benchmark that energizes the entire team, but he has also served as a role model embodying the spirit of youth. He has witnessed Kinghelm's rapid growth firsthand and has exemplified what it means to be a leading veteran employee. Mr. Song Shiqiang emphasized that work exists to support a better life. Kinghelm and Slkor champion excellence and nurture talent, committed to building the most culturally rich and innovative high-tech company. The company values both long-serving employees who have contributed steadfastly, and welcomes new talent with ability, drive, passion, and dedication. The company's platform exists to help every colleague succeed, thereby providing an accelerating "engine" for the company's high-quality, sustainable development.
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang presents the award to Sales Champion Deng Haifeng
Deng Haifeng is like water — benefiting all things without contention — and like the earth — silent yet resilient — approaching everything with a calm and steady heart. When asked about his "feelings on winning the May championship," he summed it up concisely: "It's all the power of the team. I just happened to be on this platform." Putting the team above the individual, and recognizing that the platform empowers more than personal ability alone — these are his admirable qualities, proven through action. He said, "Without the capital to be reckless, the only way to win is through steady and measured effort." His commute is long, but he never complains, believing that living well naturally brings its own rewards. Rational by nature, he acts only after careful deliberation, tends to be quiet, and expresses himself more through silent action and steadfast responsibility.
Kinghelm Sales Department One Director Zeng Qingrong (left) and Manager Deng Haifeng
Going with the flow and adapting to circumstances, he says: "Put in the effort where you can; let go of the outcome where you cannot. Work is for a better life, and the pressures of life drive greater effort at work. Do what you can and what you should, give your best within your own capabilities, and let go of what cannot be changed." As the longest-serving business backbone at Kinghelm, he quietly helps many colleagues as a matter of course. He says, "I only do small things within my means. I don't think of them as good deeds, so I don't see them as favors, and I expect nothing in return." This is "benevolence without display" — no outward show of giving or repaying others, yet always giving, always making help available to those around him.
May Sales Champion Deng Haifeng interviewed by the Kinghelm press team
The most tangible expression of this "benevolence without display" is his role as a mentor to Chen Tianzhong, a new Kinghelm salesperson. Through dedicated one-on-one guidance, he has put the company's "mentor-apprentice" program into practice and contributed to talent development. Deng Haifeng explains that Kinghelm's "Kinghelm" brand products fall into two main categories: RF antennas and connectors, with over 5,000 SKUs currently available. Years of immersion have given him a deep familiarity with the full product range. Given that new team members have limited product exposure and may struggle to close deals due to a lack of confidence and technique, Deng Haifeng says, "Everything depends on your own initiative, because only what you learn and internalize yourself truly becomes yours. The purpose of teaching is application, so I don't give answers directly — I point them toward the direction and method for finding answers. The answer itself has no value; the process of finding it does." This approach creates mutual growth: on one hand, Deng Haifeng, as the primary driver of team performance, stays focused on the business and committed to a market-first, customer-centric approach, giving him more energy to understand and serve customers. On the other hand, Chen Tianzhong's process of seeking answers requires him to proactively reach out, deepening his communication with other departments, helping him find the right people to solve problems efficiently, and pushing him toward independent thinking, self-directed practice, and self-management.
Deng Haifeng's apprentice: Kinghelm Sales Department One associate Chen Tianzhong
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. New sales associate Chen Tianzhong has grown and progressed rapidly at Kinghelm. For example, he compiled his learnings into a Kinghelm Mind Map and presented it to his mentor Deng Haifeng and other colleagues. Due to the remarkable effectiveness of his learning, this has since evolved into a product presentation competition system for new sales staff at both Kinghelm and Slkor. Staff learn through competition and deepen understanding through presentation, using knowledge competitiveness to continuously advance the company's knowledge-management platform.
Chen Tianzhong's learning outcome — the Kinghelm Mind Map
General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang believes that it is precisely the people-centered philosophy of "good work enables a good life," combined with the management systems and organizational behavioral frameworks in place — encompassing knowledge engineering, organizational structure, quality management, workflows, and incentive mechanisms — and the high-efficiency commercial loop from product R&D to cash collection, that achieves maximum operational efficiency and rewarding returns for all. This is the underlying logic and secret to the success of Kinghelm and Slkor.
Kinghelm Sales Champion Deng Haifeng — Keep Going! Keep Going!!
Life is a journey of hardship and growth. The road to becoming a sales champion is paved with trials and setbacks — and that is what makes it a beautiful process. Preparation is the key to success. Deng Haifeng already holds a clear vision of the future, saying: "I won't fight over the smallest margins or waste energy on pointless disputes. I will keep working hard, do my job well, and spend more time and energy facing customers — especially deepening and fully developing relationships with existing clients, enriching and refining our service. The rest is simply to wait patiently for the flowers to bloom, and to keep striving forward."
In the Name of the Team, Bound for the Championship — An Interview with Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One
2026-06-11

Song Shiqiang (in green) presents the championship trophy to Kinghelm Sales Division One
The Dragon and Tiger Squad rides the wind and waves! In May 2026, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) Sales Division One claimed the top spot in a fierce competition among six sales teams, simultaneously winning the "Dragon and Tiger Squad" Best Team and Top Individual Sales honors for both Kinghelm and Slkor Micro. On the occasion of this "team + individual" double triumph, Zeng Qingrong, Director of Sales Division One, sat down once again for an exclusive interview with Kinghelm's press team. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang noted that Zeng Qingrong is a core talent who combines strong business capabilities with well-rounded personal qualities. Since being promoted to Sales Director, he has demonstrated outstanding team-building and management skills, continuously strengthening the fighting spirit and cohesion of a results-driven, wolf-pack team. This victory by Zeng Qingrong's team is inseparable from his personal leadership, as well as the unity of every team member. Mr. Song expressed his hope that everyone at Kinghelm and Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) would learn from Zeng Qingrong's team and contribute to the company's rapid, steady development and its journey toward a public listing.
Mr. Song Shiqiang (left) and Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong (right)
Zeng Qingrong, Director of Kinghelm Sales Division One, started from the ground level in sales, letting results speak and performance define success. When asked, "What does it take to grow from a newcomer into a true sales professional?" Zeng Qingrong answered with clarity, speaking to skills, mindset, awareness, and thinking:
"First, in terms of skills, understanding the company, the industry, and product knowledge are the fundamentals of sales. Mastering communication techniques to engage customers precisely and effectively is what elevates those fundamentals. Second, you need a resilient, pressure-resistant mindset and a calm, even temperament. Kinghelm's order service cycles are relatively long and cover a very wide customer base. Customers typically request samples before placing orders, so with all these compounding factors, mental fortitude is essential — along with a strong commitment to customer service. Third, you need clear self-awareness: understand the value of your role, the strength of the company's platform, the competitive advantages of the Kinghelm 'Kinghelm' brand, and the industry's development prospects. Fourth, elevate your thinking — abandon passive waiting and take initiative. Practice perspective-taking: consider what procurement professionals among your customers care about most, such as price, lead time, quality, and supply assurance. Engineering inquiries tend to place even greater emphasis on product functionality, performance, and environmental compliance."
Kinghelm's Zeng Qingrong: He built a champion team and a top individual sales performer
On stepping into a management role, Zeng Qingrong spoke candidly: "I'm naturally optimistic and advocate a '45-degree philosophy of life.' The 45-degree life means neither servile nor arrogant — advancing steadily, not becoming complacent in success, not bowing to difficulty, always meeting circumstances with a composed and progressive attitude. This has been tremendously helpful in managing my department and communicating up and down the organization. Since becoming Sales Director, I've faced greater pressure but also gained immensely. I need to lead by example in driving my own personal performance while helping team members achieve their results. I also manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms — SZLCSC, ICkey, ICHUNT, Allchips, ElecFans, and Sekorm — adjusting marketing strategies in real time based on platform performance. And I must fully implement the company's directives to ensure all work is carried out comprehensively. This process has accelerated my own growth and deepened my understanding that a certain degree of tension, anxiety, and a sense of competitive urgency is the very soil in which champions are cultivated. As the ancients said: one thrives in adversity and perishes in comfort."
When asked about the "secret to winning the championship in May," Zeng Qingrong shared: "This is entirely the result of the team's effort — believe in yourself, believe in your team! We translate performance targets into scientifically broken-down tasks, firmly assigning accountability to each individual. For example, at the start of each month we create a sense of urgency by having team members report their projected payment collections. We then consolidate the figures, benchmark against targets, identify gaps, and distribute the shortfall back to the team. Throughout the process, we listen to everyone's input, and when needed, we drive cross-functional collaboration between the sales department and support departments to resolve issues. Every day before leaving, we report our results — the goal is to stay vigilant, never become complacent, and keep our eyes firmly on the target. Facing the market, the team, and our customers: when I chair a meeting, I follow a closed-loop of 'review – reflect – plan' to drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency. I also encourage everyone to share cases regularly, build confidence in acquiring new clients, and tend to the team's emotional wellbeing — solving problems in a way that is both humane and efficient. We also proactively seize opportunities by frequently visiting customers to learn from them — understanding each other, understanding the market, processes, and production situations. This is far more effective and direct than remote communication."
Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong, diligently at work
"Never flaunt talent to demean others; never wield favor as authority" — this is the personal motto of Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong. When asked about how he has cultivated his inner strength, Zeng Qingrong shared: "Company rules say work starts at 8:40 AM. I usually arrive at the office by 7:30, and no later than 8:00. In that time before work begins, I listen to audiobooks — what people call 'training your ear.' I've kept up this habit for five to six years now, and over time I've felt genuine improvement in my eloquence, thinking, breadth of knowledge, and perspective. My mindset stays calm, and my inner world loses its rough edges."
It is precisely this inner softness and capacity for acceptance that has led General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang to frequently praise Zeng Qingrong as someone with "high emotional intelligence, great interpersonal relationships, a talent for leading teams, and a real ability to win customer affection." On this point, Zeng Qingrong elaborated: "Sales requires an understanding of human nature — every person needs to be seen. With customers: read their needs and concerns, practice empathy, and resolve problems with professionalism and sincerity. With leadership: think upward — consider things from the boss's perspective and act accordingly, constantly examining your own work. With subordinates: see their pressures, aspirations, and potential. Offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance, balancing institutional structure with a human touch, so that everyone is willing to work and works wholeheartedly. With colleagues: embrace a spirit of inclusiveness and collaboration, engage in healthy competition, help one another, show mutual respect, and work together with one heart to advance the company's overall development."
Zeng Qingrong — a joyful, true hero of the "chip"
Sales is a hero's journey of self-cultivation. Zeng Qingrong, a joyful true hero of the "Xin," reflected: "Everyone hopes to become their own hero. A hero is not a lone warrior — a hero is someone with responsibility, willingness to give, the ability to persevere, an understanding of collaboration, no fear of challenges, a readiness to share the burden for the team, and an unwavering commitment to one's original aspirations and principles. The three soulful questions from the song Lone Brave paint a precise picture of the hero I carry in my heart: Who says those covered in mud cannot be heroes / Who says only those standing in the spotlight can be heroes / Who says those who contend with the ordinary cannot be heroes."
Kinghelm Sales Division One — Performance Standout Huang Jiamin
We are all heroes of our own stories. Zeng Qingrong spoke about his team members with evident pride: "Our team currently has 13 people: myself — Zeng Qingrong, Chen Suwei, Deng Haifeng, Li Bo, Li Hualan, Huang Jiamin, Liu Xin, Hu Jianxue, Chen Tianzhong, Zhang Xinyan, Bai Yong, Chen Wenhao — and our business assistant Luo Jingjing. We practice a mentorship system where experienced members guide newcomers. Everyone has self-motivation and a commitment to learning, and when it comes to hitting targets, no one backs down — we face challenges head-on while staying true to our principles. Our standout performers are particularly impressive, each with their own distinctive strengths:
First, May's top sales performer, Deng Haifeng — he has exceptional product development capabilities, a remarkably stable inner core, and is the main driving force behind the team's performance growth.
Second, rising sales star Huang Jiamin — an outstanding member of the post-2000 generation. Not only does she communicate with great care and nuance, maintain her accounts with diligence, and build stable client relationships, but she also brings a radiant smile, a genuine and upward spirit, and a warm, open, and approachable personality full of affinity and infectious energy. She is exactly the kind of highly intuitive, high-potential talent our team needs.
Third, rising sales star Hu Jianxue — also a post-2000 generation member, with strong learning ability, strong execution, and an even stronger willingness to self-correct. Her growth has been rapid. Having rejoined us after a period away, the experiences she gained externally became gifts she brought back — 'a different set of tools, a fresh perspective' — giving her a more powerful new beginning, and further affirming the cohesive pull and appeal of Kinghelm's (www.kinghelm.net) corporate culture."
Kinghelm and Slkor Micro: The tea is ready — we look forward to welcoming you
The bugle of June has sounded — striving forward, dedicating our youth. Kinghelm Sales Division One Director Zeng Qingrong declared with conviction: "To elevate team morale and cohesion, and to ignite our fighting spirit and explosive drive, our rallying cry for Kinghelm Sales Division One is: 'In the name of the team, bound for the championship' — this is our shared declaration and commitment! In May, we bravely claimed the crown. This honor belongs to every partner in Kinghelm Sales Division One who fought shoulder to shoulder with us. We have weathered every storm together along this journey — bearing the pressure of hitting the market hard, serving our customers wholeheartedly. Every step of growth is inseparable from everyone's sweat and perseverance. The championship is only a milestone, never the finish line. Going forward, I hope everyone continues to carry this passion and drive, supporting one another, advancing hand in hand, constantly breaking through, and achieving even greater results. Here, we extend our sincere gratitude to the company for the outstanding platform and unwavering support it provides, and to every customer for their trust and companionship. In the future, we will continue to move forward steadily, meeting new challenges with even fuller dedication, and creating even more brilliant achievements!"
Bread and Passion Dancing Together -- Exclusive Interview with Mr. Tang Mingwei of Yiku Supply Chain
2026-05-22
2033
【Origin】
Building a learning-oriented organization has been a long-standing pursuit of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com). Under the shared vision of jointly building knowledge and an ecosystem, we partnered with the Shared Procurement Alliance to empower procurement professionals. On April 26, 2026, during a procurement training session held at Kinghelm’s office, we had the honor of meeting Mr. Tang Mingwei, a seasoned procurement and supply chain lecturer and founder of Yiku Supply Chain. We immediately extended an invitation for this exclusive interview.
During the session, Mr. Tang taught over 30 procurement managers one of the most relevant workplace topics—career planning. Using the theme "Operate Yourself Like a Company — Career Planning and Transformation for Procurement Managers", he provided logical analysis and practical advice. Through typical character portraits, categorized analysis of strengths and weaknesses, and a step-by-step progression from phenomena to essence, he ultimately presented a "career planning logic pyramid." He offered guidance on how to break through from one’s current position, how to achieve a salary-doubling job change, suggestions for entrepreneurial transformation, and pitfalls to avoid. Judging from the participants’ focus, interaction, and Q&A, Mr. Tang’s course struck a chord with most procurement professionals—especially regarding the question "What comes after 35?"
Rich in cases, logically progressive, inspiring, and structurally sound—these are the hallmarks of Mr. Tang’s courses.
Mr. Tang Mingwei
In the classroom, participants affectionately called him "Teacher Tang." Outside the classroom, Mr. Tang switches to another identity—"entrepreneur." After one training session, he posted a self-reflective poem on his WeChat Moments:
Standing on stage, I speak with confidence and poise; Stepping down, I roll up my sleeves and get to work. Boasting loudly may sound impressive, But everyone still needs three meals a day. If not forced by reality, who would want to transform seventy-two times? Even with grand ambitions for centuries, one must bend down and hustle for money.
Over the years, Mr. Tang has seamlessly switched between teaching on the podium and diving into concrete business operations. This identity shift is not easy, yet what is rarer is his consistent rationality and clarity of mind.
【Bread】
Bread represents survival — it is the solid economic foundation. In Mr. Tang Mingwei’s view, while passion is beautiful, it must be built upon a firm foundation of bread. The dance between bread and passion constitutes a complete life, just as the economic base determines the superstructure.
Mr. Tang Mingwei transitioned from procurement manager to entrepreneur. In 2020, he founded Yiku Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., focusing on inventory recovery. More than six years later, the company’s motto remains: "Inventory is resources placed in the wrong location." The company specializes in helping electronic manufacturing enterprises liquidate slow-moving materials, upgraded equipment, and other idle inventory, enabling rapid asset realization and turning idle stock into cash flow.
Yiku Supply Chain’s Recovery Business Scope
During the material shortage period a few years ago, Yiku helped upstream factories clear stagnant inventory while assisting many clients in sourcing and matching scarce materials, achieving relatively precise supply-demand matching for misallocated inventory. After 2023, as chip market risks accumulated and the market trended downward, amid factory relocations and closures, Yiku adapted quickly. The company adjusted its strategy and began participating in court auctions and whole-factory packaging projects. It successively secured disposal projects for automation equipment, idle assets, electronic materials, and relocation remnants from a series of well-known enterprises.
The recovery scope covers common industrial materials and equipment assets such as electronic components, PCBA, finished products, automation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment. After winning bids, the team efficiently classified and sold all materials, equipment, and production tools within a limited timeframe.
Through the successful implementation of numerous projects, the team’s comprehensive capabilities in professional evaluation, project execution, and classified distribution have been fully tested and strengthened. Many near-new (99% condition) reusable equipment items have been purchased by small and micro enterprises for continued use, genuinely helping numerous SMEs reduce costs and increase efficiency. In 2025, Mr. Tang helped a new energy materials company in Dongguan achieve cost savings of over 300,000 RMB. At the year-end recognition ceremony, Yiku Supply Chain was awarded "Outstanding Strategic Partner of the Year."
Mr. Tang Mingwei: Doing projects is the best way to learn
Reflecting on six years of development, Mr. Tang candidly said, "Doing projects is the best learning." Through high-frequency, high-quality, and high-efficiency project execution, the company has forged a competitive and professional team that has earned a solid reputation in the industry. During the interview, Mr. Tang’s phone kept ringing amid his busy schedule. His working style is concise and clear—he can handle business matters with just a few words or a short sentence. He noted, "This trust and tacit understanding come from long-term collaboration. Efficient communication is the result of natural selection in the waves of the market."
Resources are limited, but circulation is infinite. Mr. Tang shared that the original intention behind founding "Yiku" carried a meaning of "pursuing beauty and goodness." From early electronic material recovery to factory idle equipment, after years of development, the company now operates nationwide. It provides factories and enterprises with one-stop, high-price, high-quality, full-category inventory recovery services covering electronic materials, finished goods, equipment and instruments, and whole-factory asset packages.
【Passion】
Mr. Tang admits that the identity label of "lecturer" was "purely an unexpected outcome."
More than a decade ago, while responsible for procurement at TCL, he joined a TTT (Training the Trainer to Train) professional training camp simply to improve his public speaking skills. Little did he know it would launch a lecturing career spanning more than ten years. Initially, he started internal department training. In addition to lecturing himself, he encouraged colleagues to learn and share actively. Topics ranged from professional knowledge such as raw materials, procurement processes, supplier management, and MRP principles, to general management courses like project management, communication skills, and time management. The department’s learning atmosphere grew increasingly strong, earning strong support from HR and high recognition from company leadership.
To address gaps in his professional knowledge, he further studied the authoritative CPSM (Certified Professional Supply Manager) certification from ISM and PMP project management. Combining real-world work experience with hot topics in procurement, he designed course materials and was invited in his spare time to lecture and share at major procurement and supply chain platforms across the Pearl River Delta.
From internal company sessions to external ones, from Shenzhen to Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan, from small classes of dozens to keynote speeches at thousand-person summits at the Shenzhen Convention Center—he has been appointed as a senior lecturer at Boway Training Center, a gold medal lecturer at the Shared Procurement Alliance, an outstanding lecturer at Positive Energy Electronics Network, a procurement and supply chain consultant, and a guest speaker at multiple procurement and supply chain summits. He has also spoken at Huaqiangbei’s "Huaqiang Big Lecture Hall" and "Positive Energy Electronics Network Private Sharing Sessions." Mr. Tang says every step has been a testament to growth.

【Focus】
When asked about effective learning methods, Mr. Tang concisely summarized it in eight characters: "Learn by teaching, force input through output." He explained that adult learning is highly purposeful yet often fragmented. A teacher’s role is to help learners focus and refocus as much as possible within a short time.
For over ten years, he has loved the classroom—carefully prepared slides, rich case-based interactions, fluent delivery, and three-hour sessions that flow naturally. The classroom is lively and engaging; one can feel the energy even when sitting in as an observer. When a person treats their work as a passion, the selfless dedication that flows from the heart cannot be faked. It emerges naturally, without showing off. At that moment, one focuses for the sake of passion and finds joy in it. Focus leads to professionalism—this is how it works.
Mr. Tang is also fond of calligraphy, a hobby that further demonstrates the power of focus. He admitted that for many years he believed casual, free-spirited writing was the true essence, but something always felt off. Starting in 2025, he began copying Ouyang Xun’s Inscription of Sweet Spring in Jiucheng Palace. After several months of persistent practice, he suddenly understood: Calligraphy is about the rules and standards of writing. Without rules, there is no square or circle. While free expression retains one’s nature and is fine for personal enjoyment, it ultimately becomes a vulgar "Jianghu-style" script. It does not help elevate one’s aesthetic level, and it may pollute the viewer’s eyes and mislead others.
He said that advancing even one inch in calligraphy brings tenfold joy to the heart. Late at night, with one lamp, one dish of ink, and one brush, he concentrates fully; once the brush touches paper, everything else is forgotten. By persisting in copying a few pages every day, he has written nearly ten thousand characters in nearly half a year. From his previously unbearable "wild style" to now stepping through the "kindergarten" threshold of calligraphy, this is what true passion and focus look like. Focus does not guarantee professionalism, but without focus, one will never understand what beauty is.
He noted that people who use computers too much often forget how to write characters. Nowadays, AI can write poetry and robots can write Spring Festival couplets. Survival anxiety fills our emotions. He suggests that while we have not yet been replaced by AI/robots, we should quickly cultivate hobbies that can soothe the soul—hobbies that may even possess an imperfect beauty—to heal our tired and fragmented spirits.
Mr. Tang Mingwei’s calligraphy piece presented to Kinghelm and Slkor:
In stillness, observe the mind; the heart travels far with the green mountains. With a serene and detached spirit, there naturally comes a lofty grace. Deep cultivation in one’s field leads to distant success; Firmly believe that even a glimmer of light can embark on a long voyage.

Before the Spring Festival, I finally put down my keyboard at the Kinghelm office (www.kinghelm.net) and set off on my journey back to my hometown in Hunan. My hometown is Jindong Town, a small place hidden deep in the Nanling Mountains. It may not be a trending tourist destination, but to me, it is the most beautiful place—lush green mountains, clear waters, and rippling waves, often called the "Little Guilin of Southern Hunan." Every year during the New Year, what I look forward to most is coming back to see this reservoir, taking the old ferry, and hearing the familiar local voices greeting me: "You’re back!"
On the first day home, I went to the Jinbai River right by my house. It looked just the same—a pool of emerald water nestled among the mountains. The winter sunlight shimmered on the surface, and when the wind blew, it sparkled like scattered gold.
Walking slowly along the newly built riverside path, I noticed the neatly paved stone road, lined with flowers and greenery. When I was a child, this used to be a dirt path, muddy after rain. Now it’s much easier to walk on. Along the way, I ran into several familiar elders, leading cattle or carrying loads. They greeted me warmly: "You’re back? How’s work?" I replied that everything was going well—I work at a large company, and it’s stable. I used to hear people say "graduation equals unemployment," but I’ve been fortunate to join Kinghelm. Though my work may not be earth-shattering, I handle product-related tasks every day, learning skills and earning a steady income, which gives me peace of mind. During the holidays, I can return home on time—no last-minute overtime, no struggle for tickets.
Scenic hometown view—green mountains embracing clear waters on both sides
When I reached the pier, I saw the ferryman at a glance. He was the same as always, calmly preparing the boat. He has been rowing this ferry for over a decade, and I’ve been riding it for just as long. With green mountains on both sides and clear water in between, each stroke of the oar creates ripples across the surface, and the air is filled with the scent of grass and trees. It reminded me of my work at Kinghelm. In the beginning, I made small mistakes due to carelessness—misaligning product parameters or being sloppy with test reports. My senior colleagues didn’t blame me; instead, they patiently guided me, reminding me that "there are no small matters at work—every detail determines success or failure." Since then, I’ve developed the habit of double-checking everything I do.
This sense of "attention to detail" is something my work has taught me. But I believe it has also made me a more reliable person. Over the years, I’ve watched my hometown of Jindong improve little by little—from a small village once reliant on logging for survival to an ecological town thriving on its green mountains and clear waters. This transformation reflects the perseverance of generations of Jindong residents, and it fills me with pride.
In the past, the sound of axes and saws broke the silence of the forests. Excessive logging once put this beautiful landscape at risk, and life was difficult despite constant hard work. It wasn’t until years ago that the people here made a firm decision to transform—putting down their axes and taking up the responsibility of protecting their natural environment. Polluting enterprises were shut down, and ancient tree protection programs were implemented. Every ancient tree now has its own "digital record" and a designated guardian. Through this commitment, Jindong gradually transitioned from a "timber economy" to "eco-tourism," revitalizing the land and improving people’s livelihoods.
Green mountains and clear waters—carefully protected by the local people
Looking at this well-preserved landscape and the increasingly prosperous lives of the people, I feel even more grateful for what Kinghelm has given me. Being part of Kinghelm means more than just earning a salary—it provides me with confidence, growth, and the ability to support my family and cherish my hometown.
Over the years of working away from home, the habit of being detail-oriented has also shaped how I appreciate and document my hometown. In daily work, whether adjusting product parameters or filling out test reports, precision is essential—even the smallest error can affect product quality.
Over time, this attention to detail has become second nature. It not only helps me handle challenges at work with greater rigor but also allows me to better appreciate the beauty of my hometown and understand its transformation. In Jindong, while others may only see the calm reservoir and the leisurely ferry, I notice the subtle changes at the pier and the happiness behind the smiles of the people. I see the perseverance and effort behind this beauty, just as I see my own growth at Kinghelm—every step forward built on diligence and attention to detail. This is one of the most valuable lessons Kinghelm has given me, enabling me to preserve and record the beauty of my hometown from a more refined perspective.
Along the Jinbai River—the beauty of my hometown
In the afternoon, I continued walking along the Jinbai River, capturing its beauty through my lens. The water remained crystal clear, reeds swayed gently in the breeze, and small fish occasionally darted through the water. The riverside path was clean and well-maintained, with greenery lining both sides. From time to time, I saw families strolling together and elderly people chatting under the trees, their faces filled with contentment. Looking at these scenes through my camera, I suddenly realized that the perseverance of my hometown and the dedication I experience at Kinghelm are deeply connected.
The beauty of Jindong—my roots
As the holiday came to an end, I set off on my return journey to work, carrying with me the beautiful memories captured in my camera, the expectations of my family, and the insights and strength I’ve gained from Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net). In the new year, I will continue to stay committed to my role—just as the people of my hometown continue to protect their green mountains and clear waters year after year. I will always care about my hometown, witnessing its growth, and work hard to share its beauty with more people.
Jindong is my root, and Kinghelm is my stage today. One gives me strength, the other gives me direction. I will live up to time, to perseverance, to the warmth of my hometown, and to every bit of support from Kinghelm.

The 2026 Spring Festival arrived gently, carrying warmth and vibrant energy into every corner of life. The city seemed to transform overnight, dressed in festive charm. Red lanterns lined the streets, swaying softly in the breeze as if greeting passersby; cheerful New Year songs echoed through shopping malls, their familiar melodies wrapping around hearts like threads of warmth; markets bustled with activity, filled with a dazzling array of holiday goods. People moved through the crowds with bright smiles, carefully selecting items for the New Year—everywhere infused with the rich spirit of the season.
A Festive Luncheon: A Warm Reunion at Kinghelm
At noon on February 9, the company thoughtfully arranged a grand reunion lunch. Under the gentle winter sun, we gathered at a reserved restaurant. The space was warmly decorated with festive touches—elegant décor, smiling faces, and attentive service all contributing to a joyful holiday atmosphere.
Kinghelm and Slkor 2025 Reunion Dinner in Shenzhen
Everyone sat together, sharing laughter and conversation. The tables were filled with delicious dishes, steaming and fragrant. As we enjoyed the meal, we exchanged stories from the past year—moments from work and snippets of daily life.
One of the most meaningful traditions of the reunion meal is the toast by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang. He, together with the management team, visited each table, warmly engaging with employees, expressing gratitude for everyone’s hard work, and sharing hopes for the year ahead. His care felt like winter sunshine, warming every heart. Glasses were raised again and again, filled with wishes for the company’s continued growth and for everyone’s health, success, and happiness.
This lunch was more than just a gathering—it was a heartfelt reunion of the Kinghelm and Slkor family, reminding us of the warmth of connection amid our busy work lives.
Rongzhou Ancient City: Echoes Across a Thousand Years
During the Spring Festival holiday, I returned to my hometown with excitement, beginning a journey to rediscover its beauty. On the first day of the Lunar New Year, I visited Rongzhou Ancient City in Rong County—a place that stands like a living history book, waiting to be explored.
Entering Rongzhou Ancient City
As I stepped through the gates, it felt like traveling through time. The ancient city walls stood tall and solid, marked by the traces of years gone by. Each weathered imprint told a story. Above the grand gate hung a plaque inscribed with "Rongzhou Ancient City," its bold calligraphy inspiring awe.
2026 Rong County Spring Cultural Carnival
Walking along the stone-paved paths, I was surrounded by traditional architecture—curved eaves, intricate carvings, and beautifully painted beams that showcased the craftsmanship of ancient artisans. I entered an old temple, where incense smoke drifted gently in the air, creating a solemn and serene atmosphere. The statues inside seemed almost alive, silently narrating ancient stories. Standing there, I felt a deep sense of reverence for history and a renewed appreciation for traditional culture.
I also visited the Rongzhou Museum, which houses a rich collection of historical artifacts—bronze ware, ceramics, calligraphy, and paintings. Each piece felt like a silent messenger, carrying fragments of history and recounting stories of past glory and change. Among them, an ancient map of Rong County particularly caught my attention, offering a vivid glimpse into the region’s historical geography.

Looking Ahead: Moving Forward with Warmth and Hope
The Spring Festival of 2026 became especially memorable through both the warm company gathering at Kinghelm and the meaningful experiences in my hometown. The reunion lunch strengthened my sense of belonging and appreciation for my colleagues, while the rich history of Rongzhou Ancient City deepened my love for my hometown.
The Joy of Reunion
As the new year begins, I look forward to continuing my journey at Kinghelm—working hard, improving my skills, and contributing more to the company’s growth. I also hope to spend more time with my family, sharing life’s joys and challenges together. Above all, I want to keep a heart that loves life—discovering beauty, creating memories, and embracing every moment.
The Spring Festival of 2026 marks both an ending and a beginning. Carrying forward the warmth and beauty of this season, I step into the future with hope and determination—ready to take on new challenges and write my own inspiring story.

Year after year, the Spring Festival arrives as expected. As a child, I longed for excitement and new clothes. Later, I cherished reunion and festive warmth. Now, being part of it again, I find myself observing it with a quiet awareness.
The year-end cleaning, pasting Spring Festival couplets, the reunion dinner on New Year’s Eve, staying up late to welcome the New Year, and the ritual of paying New Year visits—these customs once felt routine. But over time, I’ve come to realize they are not mere repetitions, but reminders—reminders of how to organize ourselves, how to place time in order, how to relate to others, and how to move forward in the world.
Everyone’s World Begins with Themselves
Sweeping Away the Dust
Cleaning before the New Year is the first ritual of welcoming it. Dust is removed, corners are cleared, and spaces are renewed. As a child, it seemed only about cleanliness. Now I see it as symbolic.
In the busyness of work, what accumulates is not only achievement, but also fatigue, restlessness, and stubbornness. If left unattended, these quietly build up like dust. Taking time at year’s end for reflection allows us to step into the new year with clarity and ease.
Cleaning is, ultimately, preparation for a better beginning.
Order in Couplets
Spring Festival couplets emphasize symmetry and balance—top and bottom aligned, left and right in harmony. If placed incorrectly, they lose their meaning; if misaligned, they lose their form.
This attention to detail reflects a deeper sense of order. Life and work are no different. Even the greatest freedom relies on basic rules; even the most innovative ideas need structure.
The symmetry of couplets is a form of balanced beauty. In life and work, progress and restraint must coexist, like tension and release in harmony.
Gathering Around the Table
On New Year’s Eve, a table full of dishes symbolizes abundance and completeness. But what truly matters is not the food—it is the act of gathering.
Under warm lights, hearts draw closer. We share the year’s achievements and unfulfilled hopes. It reminds us that individual effort ultimately returns to the warmth of the collective.
In work, this is the essence of teamwork: one person can go fast, but a group can go far.
May Every Year Bloom Freely
Staying Up to Welcome the New
Staying up on New Year’s Eve feels like sitting alongside time itself. No matter what we do, we wait until midnight before sleeping. We do not rush past the old year—we accompany it to its final moment.
That quiet wait for the clock to strike twelve is a form of respect for time. In today’s fast-paced world, we focus on results and often overlook the process. Yet many achievements are not instant—they emerge naturally through daily accumulation.
What cannot be rushed is often what is most worth waiting for.
New Year Greetings
Paying New Year visits follows an order of age and status, with respectful words and humble gestures. These simple rituals teach humility and respect.
Humility is not weakness, but inner strength. When elders share insights about life and work, they are offering experience. Being willing to learn—from seniors and colleagues alike—helps us go further.
Respecting others’ perspectives allows us to grow.
The Scenery Remains, the Mind Evolves
Over the years, I’ve come to feel that the Spring Festival hasn’t changed—it is my understanding of it that has deepened. Traditional customs act like a mirror, reflecting new meanings as time passes.
The Year of the Horse is approaching, symbolizing momentum and ambition. Yet the faster we move forward, the more we need a strong foundation. Only by drawing wisdom from tradition can we move ahead without losing balance.
Year after year, flowers may look the same, but people grow and change. Traditions remain; our perspectives evolve.

The spring breeze in March is just right, and everything is full of promise. On March 28th, over a hundred employees and some family members from Kinghelm and Slkor, led by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, embarked on a spring outing themed "Ascending Maluan Mountain in the Year of the Horse, Striving Together with Enthusiasm and Teamwork!" Everyone took a break from their busy work schedules, changed into comfortable sportswear, shed the usual fatigue, and immersed themselves in the natural landscape. They breathed in the essence of spring amidst the mountains and strengthened team cohesion through the ascent.

At 9:30 AM, the main group set off from the north entrance of Maluan Mountain. The path was lined with lush trees, and the group strolled along the trail in small clusters, chatting and laughing as they walked through the forest. Upon reaching the Maluan Mountain Waterfall, a cool mist sprayed towards them, and everyone paused to take photos in front of the cascading water.

Passing by the site of the 1911 Revolution's First Uprising, they lined up neatly in front of the Luo Ancestral Hall and took a lively, cherished group photo. At noon, they took a break at Meiting Pavilion, sitting on the ground and sharing the food they had brought with each other, enjoying the simple pleasure of the mountain breeze. They then slowly made their way past Erdie Waterfall and finally arrived at the Pond Cypress Forest (the northwest entrance of Maluan Mountain). The journey was filled with scenic mountains and streams, accompanied by a gentle breeze, bringing joy to both adults and children.

At 4 PM, the group arrived at a farmhouse near the foot of the mountain for a group meal. After a day of hiking, the steaming home-cooked dishes were a delight, with fresh steamed fish and just-picked seasonal vegetables. Everyone sat around, chatting happily and sharing the day's interesting stories. The farmhouse also had a small petting zoo with adorable rabbits, gentle deer, ostriches, donkeys, peacocks, and other animals. The children fed the deer and rabbits with grass, and the eager animals crowded around, creating a warm and joyful scene.

The 26th day of the twelfth lunar month is considered an auspicious day for moving into a new home. Choosing this time to relocate reflects the old tradition of "bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new"—sweeping away a year’s dust in the old house and embracing the dawn of the New Year in a new one.
My mother prepared traditional items such as a zengzi (a steaming utensil from our hometown), firewood, rice, oil, and salt. We also brought along pots and bowls, apples, dragon fruit, a ladder, and fire.
At midnight, as the clock struck twelve, my father stepped into the new house carrying a blazing flame, saying that life would flourish with prosperity. Then my mother followed, holding rice, gold ingots, and red envelopes, saying "may wealth roll in," as she entered.
Behind them came many elders, siblings, and relatives, each carrying different items and offering blessings aloud. Some said "step by step to success," others said "peace and safety," "abundant wealth," and "may everything go as you wish."
The elders’ faces were filled with smiles—like warm sunshine in winter, full of joy and comfort. The younger ones chirped excitedly like cheerful birds, bringing even more energy to the lively scene. Everyone entered in order, carefully placing their items, each action carrying hopes for a better new life.
Inside the house, laughter echoed continuously. Outside, colorful fireworks lit up the night sky—some like shooting stars, others like blooming flowers—turning the sky into a dreamlike display. Inside, illuminated by lights and fireworks, the family’s smiling faces appeared especially warm. Sitting together, sharing the joy of moving and hopes for the New Year, our laughter intertwined into a heartwarming symphony of New Year spirit.
A New Year, A New Home!
On the first night in the new home, I lay quietly in bed. Under the soft yellow light, I looked at my child sleeping peacefully, my heart filled with happiness. I recalled the ancient phrase "moving to a better place like birds to a valley," and thought of it as "swallows returning to celebrate"—as their return coincides with the arrival of spring.
Soon, dawn arrived. Sunlight filtered gently through the window and spread across the floor. The children laughed and played in the new house, and I felt warmth and ease both physically and mentally, as if all the fatigue of the past year had completely disappeared.
Bright Windows, A Fresh Start of Happiness
On New Year’s Eve, my husband and I cooked together. We prepared dishes such as fish, chicken, and beef. Looking at the table full of delicious food and seeing the whole family eating happily, I felt a deep sense of accomplishment.
When Family Is Together, Every Bite Tastes Like Home
That evening, as we stayed up to welcome the New Year, the children gathered to play games, while the adults sat together chatting—sharing memories of the past year and hopes for the next. My mother, knowing how tired I was from cooking, kindly prepared late-night snacks and helped take care of the children.
In this warm atmosphere, I deeply felt that home is the place that, no matter how far you go, always draws your heart back.
On the first day of the Lunar New Year, the sunshine was especially bright, as if adding joy to the new year and the new home. We woke up early, put on new clothes, and paid New Year visits to our elders. They smiled as they gave us red envelopes, wishing us a smooth and healthy year ahead. The children, excited with their red envelopes, ran around the house joyfully.
Later, our family went to the park. It was decorated with festive lights and filled with laughter everywhere. People wore happy smiles on their faces. We strolled along the pathways, enjoying the beautiful scenery and the festive atmosphere. At noon, we found a nearby restaurant to dine, enjoying delicious food while talking about our plans and hopes for the new year. In that warm moment, I deeply felt how beautiful life is—and that this new home marks the beginning of our happiness.

During the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, a few friends and I traveled to Yunnan, a destination we had long looked forward to visiting. Winter in Yunnan brings bright yet gentle sunshine—neither the biting cold of the north nor the damp chill of the south. Throughout the journey, we not only relaxed our minds and bodies but also gained many new experiences and reflections.
1. Lijiang: The Lively Ancient Town and the Serenity of Snowy Mountains
After having our New Year’s dinner with colleagues from the company, my friends and I quickly packed our bags and set off for Yunnan. Our first stop was Lijiang.
Entering Lijiang Ancient Town, the stone-paved streets glimmered softly under the sunlight. Red lanterns hung along the streets, and flowers of all kinds filled the air with color and fragrance, creating a strong festive atmosphere. Visitors from across the country gathered here—some taking photos, others pausing to listen to street musicians perform. The lively charm of the ancient town blended with the festive spirit of the Spring Festival, giving the place a unique vibrancy.
Local Specialty Dishes
At night, the ancient town glows with lights. Small bridges and flowing water reflect the warm glow, creating a unique and romantic atmosphere. Although the area has a strong commercial vibe, one can still find quiet little shops hidden deep in the alleys. Sitting down with a cup of hot tea and listening to the shop owner talk about the local Naxi culture is a rewarding experience.
A Colorful Display of Real and Artificial Flowers
The next day, we admired the distant view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Against the clear blue sky, the mountain appeared magnificent—seemingly close yet far away. Its snow-covered peak stands in sharp contrast to the sunny ancient town below. Standing at a high vantage point overlooking the mountains, my mind suddenly felt calm, as if the winds from the snowy peaks had carried away all the pressures of work.

2. Dali: Romance of Wind, Flowers, Snow and Moon — and Everyday Life
From Lijiang we traveled to Dali by car, enjoying picturesque scenery along the way. My first impression of Dali was openness and freedom. Dali Ancient Town is much larger than Lijiang’s, and even after walking for a long time we still could not see everything it had to offer. The city gates are majestic and the streets wide. Compared with Lijiang, Dali feels less crowded and more relaxed.
Cycling along Erhai Lake was the most unforgettable experience of the trip. The lake water is crystal clear, while the Cangshan Mountains stretch endlessly in the distance. Sunlight sparkles on the lake, and the gentle breeze makes you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment.
During the Spring Festival, many visitors gathered by the lake—some taking photos, others sitting in cafés enjoying the view, or feeding seagulls along the shore. Despite the crowds, the overall atmosphere remained peaceful and comfortable.
Scenery of Erhai Lake
In Dali, many well-preserved Bai ethnic houses can still be seen. Their white walls, gray tiles, and delicately carved wooden windows are both simple and elegant. The pace of life here is slow. Restaurants and teahouses are filled with locals chatting leisurely, forming an interesting contrast to the bustling tourism scene.
Local Specialty Wild Mushroom Hot Pot
This Spring Festival trip allowed me to truly appreciate Yunnan’s unique natural scenery and diverse culture. Lijiang feels like a vivid painting—colorful and lively—while Dali is more like a gentle poem, relaxed and far-reaching.
Amid the busyness of work, being able to step out of familiar surroundings, escape the concrete forests of the city, and see snowy mountains and lakes while hearing stories from different places is a rare kind of relaxation. Travel is not only about seeing new landscapes; it is also an opportunity to reorganize one’s thoughts.
Lijiang and Dali during the Spring Festival offer both festive joy and tranquil natural beauty. This journey will remain in my memory as a warm and bright chapter.

Manager of Sales Department II, Kinghelm Electronics — Peng Huisheng
On the first day of the Lunar New Year in the Bingwu Year of the Horse, as the morning mist slowly lifted, the festive atmosphere of Fengshun in Meizhou had yet to fade. I set out from the familiar Hakka roundhouse of my hometown and headed toward my father-in-law’s home in Yuhu, Jieyang.
As a member of Sales Department II at Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics (www.kinghelm.net), I have been working in Shenzhen for more than three years. My daily work revolves around antennas, RF connectors, and tactile switches, constantly navigating customer needs and the rhythm of the market. Only during the Spring Festival, when I returned home and temporarily set aside the pressures of work, did I truly reconnect with the most genuine warmth and flavor of my hometown traditions.
New Year’s Eve is the liveliest moment of the year in Xinhua Village. The aroma of the family reunion dinner fills the air. On the dining table are classic Hakka dishes such as stuffed tofu, braised pork with preserved mustard greens, and salt-baked chicken. Each dish carries the taste of home and the expectations of an entire year.
The whole family sits together, chatting about daily life over the past year—our experiences, achievements, and growth. Elders remind us to stay healthy and safe, while younger members share their dreams and hopes. Within these simple conversations lies the most genuine form of happiness.
General Manager Song Shiqiang Distributes New Year Lucky Red Envelopes
After the feast, the festive spirit of the village truly comes alive. Red lanterns hang in front of every house, and Spring Festival couplets glow vividly in the night. The sound of firecrackers echoes through the sky, while colorful fireworks burst overhead. Golden, red, and purple sparks illuminate everyone’s smiling faces, filling the night with joy as the old year is bid farewell and the new year welcomed.
Villagers of all ages gather in the open square. People spontaneously form a circle, beating gongs and drums in celebration. The atmosphere is lively and full of excitement.
Among the crowd, the most eye-catching figure is my father. Since my earliest memories, he has been the village drummer every New Year’s Eve. Sitting before the drum, focused and excited, he strikes it powerfully with drumsticks in hand. The deep, resonant beats—"boom, boom, boom"—echo across the village, blending with the sounds of gongs and cymbals in an energetic rhythm.
Within those drumbeats are hopes for the coming year, a love for life, and the unmistakable joy in my father’s heart. Usually hardworking and quiet, he becomes radiant and full of energy once he picks up the drumsticks. Villagers clap and laugh along with the rhythm, while children chase each other through the crowd. There is no sense of distance or unfamiliarity—only the warmth of community and the joy of reunion. That vibrant atmosphere is something no bustling metropolis can replicate. It is the essence of the New Year deeply rooted in Hakka culture.
Kinghelm and Slkor’s 2026 "4th Hometown Food Festival" Successfully Concludes — See You Next Year!
Carrying the warmth and lively spirit of my hometown, I set out on the first day of the Lunar New Year from the Hakka roundhouse in Meizhou to my father-in-law’s home in Yuhu, Jieyang. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, the rich atmosphere of Chaoshan New Year traditions greeted me.
Golden kumquat trees filled the yard, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, while poinsettias bloomed brightly, representing a thriving new year. Children lined up neatly—from young kids to energetic teenagers—and came forward one by one to offer New Year greetings:
"Uncle, wishing you great luck in the New Year!""May your business prosper everywhere!""May wealth flow abundantly!"
Their greetings were sincere and joyful.
I handed out red envelopes one by one, and at that moment, I suddenly felt a familiar sense of connection. The scene reminded me of my daily work at Kinghelm. Although I deal with antennas and RF connectors—seemingly cold electronic components—my work is essentially about building trust between people.
Just as Chaoshan elders teach children sincerity and proper etiquette from an early age, every greeting, every thoughtful response, and every dedicated service in the workplace is like transmitting a "radio signal" of warmth. Only when that signal is accurate and sincere can it build a strong bridge of trust.

As night fell, the atmosphere in Yuhu became calm and gentle. My father-in-law, brothers-in-law, and I sat around the table together. Plates of steaming Chaoshan dishes were served, and four cups of fragrant Chaoshan rice wine clinked lightly together. The crisp sound carried a sense of warmth and camaraderie.
The aroma of wine and food filled the air. No one talked about work pressure or sales targets. Instead, we shared stories of daily life and family traditions. The elders spoke about principles for dealing with people and the proper balance in human relationships.
Chaoshan culture values loyalty, honesty, and integrity. Hospitality is sincere and generous, and interactions are humble and respectful. This philosophy of life surprisingly aligns with the essence of sales work.
During my three years at Kinghelm Electronics, I have realized that sales is never simply about transactions. It is about exchanging sincerity for sincerity. Just as we insist on product quality, Chaoshan people cherish trust and human relationships. Only by being genuine, reliable, and trustworthy can one establish a long-lasting career in the industry.
Kinghelm and Slkor Rising Step by Step
From the lively Hakka New Year’s Eve in Meizhou to the warm Chaoshan celebrations in Yuhu, the passionate Hakka traditions and the refined Chaoshan customs intertwine beautifully. My father’s energetic drumming fills me with admiration, while the warmth of the dinner table in Yuhu remains deeply memorable.
Looking back on my professional journey in Shenzhen—especially my three years of sales work at Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net)—I have spent countless days navigating the world of antennas and connectors, traveling between customers and markets. Now I understand more clearly than ever: the core of sales is not technique, but connection—connecting people and hearts.
Like the Hakka people who value sincerity and openness, and like the Chaoshan people who emphasize thoughtfulness and respect, the kindness, integrity, and enthusiasm learned from hometown traditions should guide every detail of our work.
As the wine slowly warms the heart, memories of hometown, family bonds, and reflections on work blend together. The Year of the Horse marks the beginning of a new journey. I will return to Shenzhen carrying the warmth and wisdom gained from my hometown, along with the blessings of my family.
In the electronic components industry, I will continue to work diligently—serving every customer with sincerity and dedication. Through Kinghelm’s antennas and RF connectors, we will build more connections of trust and open up new possibilities.
May we move forward like a spirited horse in the Year of Bingwu—riding the wind, galloping thousands of miles. May we remain true to our original aspirations in our careers, cherish our families in life, and stride confidently toward the future with brilliance.

Song Shiqiang, General Manager of Kinghelm and Slkor, is recognized as an iconic figure in Huaqiangbei. His contributions go far beyond business operations. He has systematically summarized and promoted the commercial culture of Huaqiangbei and has had a far-reaching influence on China’s electronics industry ecosystem.
1. Cultural Leadership: Transforming Huaqiangbei from "Imitation" to "Innovation"Song Shiqiang was the first to deeply study and articulate the concept of "Huaqiangbei Culture." He summarized its spirit as courage, innovation, and resilience, and proposed an industrial upgrading path of "imitation → improvement → original innovation." His insights helped society reassess Huaqiangbei’s true value—not merely as a distribution hub for electronic components, but also as a cradle for grassroots entrepreneurship and a "sensor" for market information.
He also proposed the idea that "every one-meter counter in Huaqiangbei is an innovation unit," encouraging countless small businesses to recognize their strategic role in the supply chain and their contributions to society.
2. Building Local Business Theory Influencing China’s Electronics IndustryThrough his work at Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net), Song Shiqiang summarized Huaqiangbei’s business model as asset-light, fast-iteration, and information-driven, which has become an important methodology for hardware entrepreneurs.
He also described Huaqiangbei as the "supply chain reservoir" of the electronics information industry—capable of coordinating production lines, adjusting inventory, matching supply and demand, and buffering risks. This perspective has been widely cited in academic circles.
In addition, he advocates a reverse R&D model—"production based on sales, research based on demand"—encouraging companies to use market data to guide product development and reduce operational risks.
3. Founding High-Tech Semiconductor Enterprises to Support China’s Chip IndustrySong Shiqiang founded Kinghelm Electronics and Slkor Semiconductor (www.slkoric.com), both recognized as National High-Tech Enterprises. Kinghelm focuses on BeiDou/GPS antennas and RF connectors, contributing to the global adoption of China’s independently developed BeiDou navigation system.
Slkor, meanwhile, has entered the field of third-generation semiconductors, introducing Korean silicon-carbide technology and promoting the application of high-end devices such as SiC MOSFETs in electric vehicles and photovoltaic inverters.
Together, the brands Kinghelm and Slkor now serve more than 30,000 customers worldwide, becoming representatives of China’s semiconductor industry expanding globally.
4. Spreading China’s Voice and Enhancing Huaqiangbei’s Global ImageAs a science popularization lecturer for the Chinese Institute of Electronics and a columnist, Song Shiqiang shares the transformation story of Huaqiangbei with the world through articles and short-video series such as "Song Shiqiang’s Observations" and "Song Shiqiang on Industry."
His research has been republished by thousands of domestic and international media outlets including People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, The Wall Street Journal, and the Associated Press. These efforts have helped reshape the global perception of Huaqiangbei—from a so-called "copycat hub" into a global electronics supply chain center and hardware innovation powerhouse, promoting a healthier business environment and supporting the continued transformation and development of Huaqiangbei.

As the Xingquan Railway train slowly pulled into Shicheng Station, the scenery outside the window shifted from the dense skyline of bustling cities to the verdant mountains at the source of the Gan River. As someone from Shicheng who has spent many years away from home, I set out on my journey back for the 2026 Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse.
In just one year, the changes in my hometown were no longer simply about "a few new buildings" or "a few repaired roads." Instead, from transportation to cityscape, from festive atmosphere to everyday life, Shicheng has undergone a comprehensive renewal. This trip home brought not only the warmth of reunion after a long absence, but also the surprise of seeing my hometown in a completely new light.
The Old Town Takes on a New Look, and the Ancient Streets Come Alive
After putting down my luggage, I couldn’t wait to walk toward the center of the county town. The most remarkable transformation over the past year is undoubtedly the Minyue Tongqu Cultural District, a project with a total investment of 1.2 billion RMB. The once slightly worn old streets have now transformed into the most eye-catching new landmark in Shicheng.
As night falls, Xuhua Gate, the ancient opera stage, and the riverside promenade all light up together. In the flowing lights, the charm of Hakka heritage blends perfectly with modern illumination. Inside the district, 100 uniformly designed temporary stalls line the streets neatly. From February 6 to March 7, the market remains open throughout the entire first lunar month, filling the air with festive energy.
Here, I saw the familiar Hakka lantern performances. Tea-basket lantern dancers moved gracefully through the ancient streets; in front of the old opera stage, the melodious tunes of the tea-picking opera captivated elderly spectators; and atop the city gate, a live performance of "throwing the embroidered ball to welcome a bride" ignited excitement among the crowd.
Hakka Heritage Blends Perfectly with Modern Light and Shadow
What surprised me most was the traditional papermaking workshop set up in the district. Craftsmen demonstrated the process of scooping pulp and drying paper on the spot, allowing children to experience the charm of intangible cultural heritage while having fun.
This year’s market is also very different from the past. Instead of loosely organized stalls, everything is standardized—wooden lattice structures, tiled eaves, clear signage, and transparent price tags. Visiting the market has become an enjoyable experience. Such "standardized" management not only improves the visitor experience but also marks a shift from short-term holiday stimulation toward sustainable festival economy operations.
A New Style of Festive Atmosphere: Tradition Meets Trend
The Spring Festival in Shicheng in 2026 carries a stronger festive spirit and offers more diverse ways to celebrate. Traditional Hakka customs are preserved in their authentic form, while many trendy elements have been added, allowing people of all ages to find their own joy.
On the first day of the Lunar New Year, my family and I visited the Tongtianzhai Scenic Area. It is no longer just a place for sightseeing—it has become a "trendy playground." In front of Nanlu House, a calligraphy master freely wrote and gifted the Chinese character "Fu" and Spring Festival couplets, spreading New Year blessings through the fragrance of ink.
In the scenic area, a specially designed "cultural creative stamp booklet" became extremely popular. Visitors carried the booklet around, searching for eight horse-themed stamps and creating their own unique Year of the Horse souvenir album. At the playful "Pat the Horse" photo checkpoint, young people struck creative poses, hoping to capture the good fortune symbolized by the phrase "good luck arrives immediately."
Great Fortune and Prosperity — I’m Waiting for You in Shicheng
This year, even our reunion dinner felt different. In the past, my mother would spend the entire day cooking in the kitchen. Now, a mix of Hakka pre-prepared dishes and local traditional cuisine has become popular.
Classic Hakka dishes such as lotus-seed pork rib soup and stir-fried wild scallion with cured pork were paired with prepared dishes like braised pork and fish balls. This combination saves time while preserving the familiar flavors of home.
After dinner, instead of sitting together watching television, our family took group photos, visited scenic areas, or experienced traditional Hakka round-table banquets in local guesthouses. The ways of celebrating reunion have become more flexible and diverse.
Spring Is Full of Promise — It’s the Time to Strive!
During the Spring Festival, I also returned to my old village. In recent years, Shicheng has been vigorously promoting the construction of beautiful countryside communities. Today’s villages are no longer associated with "dirty and messy" conditions but have become pleasant and thriving places to live and work.
The roads leading into the villages have been upgraded from cement to asphalt. Security infrastructure has been improved, and both buses and ride-hailing services now reach nearly every village, making visits to relatives incredibly convenient.
The village environment has also been completely renewed. Waste sorting stations can be found everywhere, and treated wastewater runs clear again. Many previously unused rural houses have been transformed into distinctive Hakka guesthouses. Around Bagua Nao and Tongtianzhai, accommodations are fully booked during the Spring Festival. Many returning residents even choose to stay in these guesthouses with their families, enjoying a unique reunion amid green mountains and clear waters.
On the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, the holiday was coming to an end, and I was about to return to Shenzhen. Standing on the platform of Shicheng Station and looking back at this rapidly developing town, I felt both reluctant to leave and deeply proud.
In 2026, the Xingquan Railway connects Shicheng more closely with the outside world. The general aviation airport project is accelerating, gradually forming an integrated transportation network of rail, road, and air. The Minyue Tongqu Cultural District has become a new benchmark for cultural tourism integration, while the vitality of all-region tourism continues to grow. Meanwhile, the vision of rural revitalization is unfolding steadily, bringing increasingly prosperous lives to local residents.
A New Shicheng — My Hometown
The changes in my hometown are visible, tangible, and deeply felt in the heart. Shicheng is no longer the underdeveloped county town it once was, but a vibrant and livable home full of opportunity.
No matter how far I travel, Shicheng will always remain the warmest place in my heart. I firmly believe that in the near future, this quiet Hakka town at the source of the Gan River will shine even brighter.
