RF front-end module(FEM)There are three series of products: SW8110, SW8112 and SW8102. As the world's first FEM series product, it provides full-band RF front-end support for UWB.

  1. The SW8110 chip integrates a power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA) and radio frequency switch (Switch). Working frequency band is 3-5GHzIt has the advantages of low noise and high output power, which improves sensitivity and reduces the working requirements for UWB transceiver.

  2. The SW8112 chip integrates a power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA), filter (HPF) and radio frequency switch (Switch). The working frequency band is 6-9GHz, with high transmit power and low noise. The internally integrated HPF provides stronger RX anti-interference ability, avoids being affected by low-frequency communication bands, and provides longer transmission distance for UWB signals.

  3. The SW8102 chip integrates a low-noise amplifier (LNA) and a radio frequency switch (Switch), which is specially designed for UWB and operates in the 6-9GHz frequency band. It can achieve ultra-low noise figure, high linearity, high gain, low insertion loss and other excellent characteristics within a wide power supply voltage range of 2.8V to 3.6V, and has stronger anti-interference ability against out-of-band interference signals.

SW0400 and other series products:Antennas suitable for UWB 3-9GHz frequency band applications, with sizes including 2.0mmx1.2mm, 3.2mmx1.6mm, 8.0mmx6.0mm, etc., suitable for various types of product applications from wearable devices to UWB positioning base stations.



Band Pass Filter (BPF)

SW6000 and other series products:The filter chip customized for the UWB CH5 frequency band (i.e. 6.5GHz) adopts innovative IPD technology, which has low insertion loss and stronger suppression of out-of-band interference signals.

SW1189 and other series products:Ultra-wideband SPDT switch using GPIO interface, operating frequency supports 0.7 to 10GHz. RF performance is optimized for low insertion loss and low harmonics to comply with the stringent requirements of the UWB standard.



RF power amplifier (PA)

SW8326 and other series products:Broadband power amplifier operating at 3.0-4.5GHz. While improving high output power, it can achieve broadband power drive to adapt to UWB application scenarios.
