Component e-commerce investment is booming

According to the data, Jialichuang was founded in 2006 and took the lead in the industry to create PCB prototyping services, covering manufacturing services, component online trading services, independent EDA board-level design software and other one-stop industrial chain services.

It is worth mentioning that Lichuang Mall, a one-stop purchasing platform for electronic components under the Jialichuang Group, completed a round A financing of 250 million yuan in July last year. This round of investment was also participated by Sequoia China and Bell Capital.

First, the integration of e-commerce + PCB/SMT is becoming standard. Due to the innate dependence of components on PCB and SMT links, component e-commerce companies entering the market from various outlets have integrated upstream manufacturing resources across borders to create true "one-stop" industrial chain services, and competition has further escalated;

Second, capital continues to increase. According to incomplete statistics from the Chip Master Research Institute, since 2011, 17 component distribution B2B companies in the domestic primary market have disclosed financing data, with a total of 37 cases and a cumulative financing amount of more than 4 billion yuan.

Bell Capital said that the Jialichuang Group has not only built a complete electronic R&D service chain for more than 2 million engineers around the world, but also built a complete electronic R&D service chain for more than 2 million engineers around the world.
