Nuvoton NuMicro® M487 Ethernet series, with Arm® Cortex®-M4F as the core, is a high-performance and low-power microcontroller with DSP instruction set. The system can run up to 192 MHz and consumes only 175 µA/MHz in dynamic operation. Built-in up to 2.5 MB flash memory (Flash) and 160 KB SRAM, including 32 KB cache (Cache) to accelerate external SPI Flash in-place execution (execute-In-Place). The bootloader is pre-burned at the factory to provide a secure boot (Secure Boot) function, which can perform integrity checks on the program code stored in the built-in flash memory, and integrates a security protection block (Secure Protection ROM) to provide a secure space for storing confidential programs or data.
