To determine whether the pin header is qualified, it is mainly tested based on the following characteristics of the RJ45 connector:
1. Sinusoidal vibration: no damage to the appearance, no looseness or displacement, and no abnormality in plugging and unplugging;
2. When there is no electrical interruption exceeding 1us, after installing and wiring the RJ45 connector according to the specifications, proceed according to the following conditions: peak acceleration (50g), pulse duration (11ms), velocity change (half sine wave, 3.4m/s), axial direction (3 axes), and number of consecutive impacts (18 times). The cable at the end of the connector is 200mm long and is not supported and fixed (the cable meets the wire gauge range required by the specification).
3. Impact: No damage to the appearance, no looseness or displacement, and no abnormality in plugging and unplugging;
4. When there is no electrical interruption exceeding 1us, after the RJ45 connector is installed and wired according to the specification, the female connector shall be connected according to the following conditions: frequency (10Hz-55Hz), amplitude (0.75mm peak), time (10Hz-55Hz/5min, 55Hz-10Hz/5min, 0.5 octave/min), number of cycles (3 cycles/axis, 30min), and axial direction (3 axis rotations).
