Beidou, a global satellite navigation system independently developed by my country, can provide all-weather, all-weather, high-precision positioning, navigation and timing services to users around the world. According to statistics, Beidou Navigation accounted for only 5% of the entire satellite navigation industry output value in 2012, 20% in 2015, and a compound growth rate of 24% from 2012 to 2018. According to the "National Satellite Navigation Industry Mid- and Long-term Development Plan", the output value of the domestic satellite navigation and positioning industry will reach 400 billion yuan in 2020 (a compound annual growth rate of about 20%), of which Beidou system contributes 60% (240 billion), and there is huge room for Beidou substitution.

Navigation chips, modules, boards and antennas are the basis for Beidou system applications. The chips, modules and boards determine the positioning accuracy of navigation products, and their importance is equivalent to the CPU of a computer. At present, key technical performance indicators such as domestic Beidou chips, modules, boards and antennas are equivalent to similar international products, and have entered the stage of large-scale application. The antenna has basically achieved localization.

In terms of high-precision Beidou terminal equipment, foreign manufacturers (Trimble, NovAtel) currently occupy most of the market. With technological breakthroughs, there is a large space for domestic substitution in the high-precision board market.
