At the same time, downstream terminals give priority to getting goods and no longer lower prices or goods to distributors. Looking forward to 2022, chip talent is a key topic. On the one hand, the number of cross-border chip manufacturing companies has increased, resulting in an increase in chip demand, which requires more talents for design. On the other hand, talent development takes time and requires training at the national level. Therefore, it is predicted that the wages of chip talents will continue to increase next year, and the talent gap will also continue to expand.
